This place is beyond ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I booked an appointment six months…read morein advance for myself and my daughter because I follow a strict 6-month cleanup schedule. The appointment was for December 24th. They called and cancelled it and rescheduled for December 31st without any regard for my time. Then, one day before the rescheduled appointment, they called again and cancelled -- for the second time. No apology, no solution, nothing. To make matters worse, the receptionist was unbelievably rude. When I asked to speak to a manager, she deliberately put me on hold for an extended period, came back on the line, and then hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. This office clearly has zero respect for patients or their schedules. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Be careful with their promises…read more I had my implant installed by Dr Prabhu, and the crown on it was placed by my dentist (they do not do crowns at Oral Surgery Group). After a while the crown started to wobble. I came back to Dr Prabhu in hope that he would offer a quick fix to me. Initially he told me that he would just clean the assembly, but then he realized that it was too contaminated, and the implant has to be reinstalled. He told me that the whole job would be at no additional cost to me. He told me that he would do the implant reinstallation without charging me anything and he would reimburse my dentist for a new crown. Indeed he reinstalled my implant at no cost. However, when I had submitted to him a bill for a crown from my dentist (which I paid by myself), he stopped communicating with me. He does not reply to my calls or answer my numerous emails. I don't know if a verbal promise is legally binding, but it clearly would be more difficult for me to prove that he gave me that promise.
