Dr. Royzner did two root canals on me in one appointment and did so with the least amount of discomfort and consummate professionalism. The area where the roots attached to my jaw were badly infected and he managed to save both my teeth. My previous endodontist also did two root canals and the price that they quoted me for out of pocket with insurance was $1,000-$1,030 depending upon whether they had to take an X-ray or not. They ended up charging me over $1,800! (No wonder almost 25% of their reviews are one star!) At this practice I had the two root canals and they quoted me an out of pocket cost (with the same dental insurance mind you) of $1,000. That is exactly what they charged. Highly recommended!

They are friendly, caring, thorough, and they really put you at ease. Later, I saw Dr. Choi's ad in a Chinese newspaper and came to his clinic with one last hope. To my surprise, Dr. Choi was incredibly professional and patient! He first conducted a very thorough and detailed examination, then explained my current dental condition in clear, easy-to-understand terms--why the previous implant failed, what options were available now, and finally recommended the best treatment plan tailored just for me. The entire implant process went smoothly; his skills are truly outstanding. The new implant feels completely natural and comfortable--I've completely gotten rid of the annoying food impaction problem. Later, I also had him redo my upper right bridge at the clinic, and the result is excellent--stable and feels just like my own teeth. I called them today to schedule an appointment for my kids annual checkup. I found out that they do not open on any weekday evenings nor any Saturdays. They advertise they open Saturdays from 9-1pm and Monday and Tuesday till 7pm. When I tried to ask for the next available times in the Evenings and Weekends they said they do not have them. The receptionist on the phone advised that the hygienist is on maternity leave. I totally understand completely, but could you hire a temp or update the website? My question is that your a business, so you don't have coverage? Really? They should understand that people work during the day and kids are in school. Why should I take my kids out of school to go see an dentist for a checkup. I understand if its an emergency if their teeth is bothering them. I didn't even get to step foot in the office and this is the first impression I get? I'm really disappointed that the business end of this dentist office don't care about operations and they should realize that not every customer has children not in school. I've been going to Dr. Oehlberg for over 20 years. Teeth cleaning only because he found no…read morecavities. I went to him last week because one of my molars was hurting. He said maybe it was cracked and needed a crown. I asked what does maybe mean? Can he see the crack on the x-ray. He never answered me directly. I got suspicious and got a 2nd opinion the next day. Turned out I had 2 cavities in 2 teeth. The one in the molar had been there for over 5 years and almost reached the nerve, which would have then needed a root canal. I can even see the black spot with my bare eyes!!! This is aside from the fact he filled a loose filling on the same molar a month ago and never saw the cavity!! In addition, 4 old metal fillings were loose and needed to be redone. Is this guy blind or dumb? This doctor is not only incompetent, he's also a fraud.
