The doctor wasn't rushed and took the time to explain things to me, making sure I understood and provided helpful suggestions on dental care. I know this must sound like a overly positive review, but frankly it was a great experience (as far as any dentist visit can be). Anyway, I wanted to thank the dentist, staff, and Brighter for everything they did.

Dr Shah met us at his office a couple hours later and opened solely for us to get checked out. We weren't prior patients of his and this was on a SUNDAY! He was friendly, more than accommodating, and a true professional. We are extremely grateful for Dr Shah's willingness to go above and beyond to help us in an emergency situation. It is EXTREMELY rare to find a dentist who will do that for his patients...let alone someone that hadn't previously been a patient! But after 2 separate issues of THEIR making, I will no longer deal with the billing errors, schedule changes and attitude of the front desk staff. An office is only as good as the people who work there and Megan (who identifies herself as the office manager) is a rude, incompetent nightmare. My son was quite nervous about starting orthodontic treatment, especially since his case was significantly more complicated than average. However, Dr. Verducci worked absolute wonders. Not only does he have an amazing way of connecting with kids, but he also takes the time to explain every detail of the process in a way that's easy to understand for both children and adults. He walked us through the treatment plan step by step, answered all of our questions, used our feedback to adjust plans as necessary and made sure we felt confident about what to expect. What really stood out to me was how patient and reassuring he was with my son. He transformed what could have been a stressful experience into one that was smooth. Watching my son's nervousness melt away over time was such a relief. She has been and continues to be friendly, professional, efficient, and top notch as an orthodontist. Her prices were always very competitive! My last child to go to her finished her braces in far less than the time estimated and her teeth and bite look great! The staff is wonderful (from receptionists to assistants to billing and insurance) and the new location is beautiful and comfortable as well as convenient. Don't hesitate to go here.
