So with no Appointment I showed up bright and early at Brighter Dental on Friday morning and begged for Help. My front bridge had come off the night before. Not a pretty site. Dr Shah met us at his office a couple hours later and opened solely for us to get checked out. We weren't prior patients of his and this was on a SUNDAY! He was friendly, more than accommodating, and a true professional. We are extremely grateful for Dr Shah's willingness to go above and beyond to help us in an emergency situation. It is EXTREMELY rare to find a dentist who will do that for his patients...let alone someone that hadn't previously been a patient! Dr. Massimo Verducci and his entire team are truly exceptional! From our very first visit, his calm…read moreand friendly demeanor immediately put both my son, my wife and me at ease. My son was quite nervous about starting orthodontic treatment, especially since his case was significantly more complicated than average. However, Dr. Verducci worked absolute wonders. Not only does he have an amazing way of connecting with kids, but he also takes the time to explain every detail of the process in a way that's easy to understand for both children and adults. He walked us through the treatment plan step by step, answered all of our questions, used our feedback to adjust plans as necessary and made sure we felt confident about what to expect. What really stood out to me was how patient and reassuring he was with my son. He transformed what could have been a stressful experience into one that was smooth. Watching my son's nervousness melt away over time was such a relief. While we are still in the midst of our orthodontic journey, the results so far are remarkable, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I cannot recommend Dr. Verducci enough for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough orthodontist, and we'll be using him again when our youngest eventually needs braces, too!

The first…read moretime I called as a new patient I was lucky enough to have the ladies in the Robbinsville office answer or whoever was the one nice person there. The STAFF in the Robbinsville office are nice. The dentist is a snob! But overall I didn't mind. So, why I will never recommend this place? Well, the next time tried to call...WOW.. If you need to call at all and are unlucky enough to have the phone answered by either the dentist or one of the very VERY RUDE receptionist in his NY office (for some reason when you call the Robbinsville number it goes to NY, I guess when the Robbinsville office is closed) you will quickly make the decision to go elsewhere. It seems they are ALWAYS CLOSED. And when you call they say, "We're closed." They don't ask or care why you are calling. Even if you explain why they just say HELLO?!?! We're closed!! They actually will give you the biggest attitude just for calling! Especially if you get the NY office. I literally got a "HELLO?!?!?!"! I don't understand what the attitude was for? The lack of professionalism is disgusting. Absolutely no concern for patients. I never expected this after my first visit there because the staff in the Robbinsville office were the ones who I made my first appointment with and they were nice and professional. Watch out if you get the dentist or his NY office staff answering the phone! And I used the same and only number I had to call them each time but it must go directly to whichever office is open at the time. If you live in the Robbinsville area don't bother with this place, he won't be around. Not exactly what I want when I need a dentist who is supposed to be in my neighborhood! What if I have an emergency? He can't help because he is in NY most the time. I don't know why he bothers setting up an office here. Stick with a local dentist who actually cares about the people in his area because this guy does not. Can't even get a phone call in!
