All members in my family including my 2 kids have been going to Vsmile for a few years now. We were going to another dentist's office earlier on Route 1 and had a few horrific experiences and decided it was time for a change. We are very happy with Dr.Suchak and her staff and they take the necessary time to hear us out and treat us accordingly. I know a couple of times when myself and my wife needed immediate attention as our fillings had come out (or had to do root canal), we got appointments pretty quickly and sometimes even on the same day!! Dr.Suchak did not hesitate to see us on a weekend once when my wife had a dire need which is very rare in the industry! In fact my son who is now in college in mid-west still gets treated by Dr.Suchak when he comes home for the holidays! I wouldn't call myself a "good" patient as I was one of those people who keep gagging, but the doctor and her staff did an excellent job of handling. :-) For that matter even my latest appointment when I had to get a filling done as my existing one came out (bit into a rather hardy apple!) Dr.Suchak handled it effortlessly and most importantly painlessly! I have recommended this doctor for a few of my friends and they also have had good experiences, so I know it is not just us! I have searched for a good and caring dentist for a long time since I left my old dentist after many years. Finding Vaishali Suchak, D.M.D. and her staff was the best thing for me. She is well educated and a very caring dentist. She is about the patient, not the money. She works with you in all areas of your dental needs. For years I thought my old dentist was the best, but making this moved, proved to me that he wasn't really about me and my teeth. His interests were more into how much work he could do in my mouth to make money. All the people in this office bend over backwards to meet the needs of their patients. I have been going to Dr. Suchak for years, and have never received less than the BEST service and treatment. I have a phobia of the dentist. She and her staff are always very calming. I call her the pain free dentist, she has never caused pain. I have had root canals, teeth pulled, cavities, absesses, dental implants, stitches the works and have never needed pain medicine. I was born with terrible enamel, she saved several teeth that another dentist wanted to pull. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have the smile I have today. She knows what she is doing and handles her patients with great care. I would recommend her 100 times over. Dr. V is one of the kindness person i know, and so is her staff nothing is to much trouble, just love all of them.I chipped my front tooth and was going to my class reunion Dr V fixed the tooth and said if any thing happens call me any time now what dentist would do that. One more thing a little over a year ago I was getting work done and Dr. V noticed I had a mini stroke and insisted i go to the ER which i did not what to go. While in the hospital and getting tests done they found i had a brain aneurysm. If it was not for My favorite dentist in the world i might not be here today writing this review i oh my life to her.There are no words i can say to thank her. I have been using Dr. Suchak for several years now. She is always gentle and explains everything that she is doing. She is always very up front and honest with what is going to happen, what will hurt and why. Scheduling appointments with her is incredibly easy and flexible. She is able to fit you in and works around your schedule making sure that you get the care you need within the time you have available. If you have an emergency she gets you in right away! She is very friendly and kind, she always remembers what you have going on in your life and remembers details making you feel truly comfortable. I have always had problems with my teeth and therefore have learned to dread going to the dentist. Dr Suchak has changed all of that. She is the kindest, most caring doctor I have ever met and goes out of her way to make you feel at ease with any procedure that needs to be done. After cleaning and examining your teeth she explains everything that she sees and what needs to be done, if anything. I've probably been to at least 10 dentists in my life and this is absolutely the best one I've ever encountered. The staff is entirely professional, yet so very calming and sensitive, especially for the dental phobic. Dr. Suchak has always been on schedule, when I've arrived, yet manages to take the extra time with a patient who might need it. She also pays very close attention to any discomfort you may experience, instead of others I've been to, who often give you the "tough it out, I'll be done in a minute" attitude. I went to a dentist for the first time in five years and found Dr Vyas-Suchak be great. She is both gentle and careful and tells you exactly what needs to be done and how much it will cost. I particularly appreciate that she spends time to show the cavities and why it needs to be fixed. They don't use amalgam in the clinic which might be an issue if your insurance doesn't cover white fillings. read more
