My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, and as I write this, it is after 2:00 PM and I am still waiting. A wait of more than three hours is completely unacceptable, especially when patients arrange transportation, take time off work, and plan their entire day around an appointment. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of assistance and communication from the front desk. I previously coordinated transportation with Raymond through the office without issue, but when I asked for help prior to my appointment, I was met with an unhelpful nasty attitude and no effort to assist. I I spend an hundred dollars in uber and a day of work lost because of her. Instead of trying to solve the problem, I felt ignored, dismissed and treated like an inconvenience. Patients deserve respect, clear communication, and basic customer service. Long delays can happen, but sitting in a waiting room for hours with little information and no concern and a ATTITUDE AND NO RESPECT shown for patients' time is not acceptable. I hope management addresses both the excessive wait times and the extremely rude unhelpful and the professionalism of the front office staff, because no patient should EVER be treated like this. She is making your clinic look TERRIBLE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Dr. Gaughan never does any unnecessary dental work and is extremely thorough. There is no dental hygienist at this office, which I also love, as Dr. Gaughan is the only person who ever touches your teeth. I have Celiac Disease, and am extremely limited with what I can ingest, dental products included (gluten hides in everything)! Dr. Gaughan took the time to research all of the products he uses, and he even blends me a special gluten free polish to polish my teeth. I am so happy that Dr. Gaughan is my dentist. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of care I experience at this office. He truly is the best.

Dr. Gaughan was recommended to me and I would totally recommend him in return. the office is really pleasant because it's such a small practice - I think he is the only dentist and his wife is the receptionist. when I went, there was not even a hygienist - Dr. Gaughan did all of the work and was awesome and gentle. AND the exam rooms have a pretty sweet view of Center City. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment, and I never thought I would say that!

The doctor is extremely patient and knowledgeable, and the office has state-of-the-art equipment, including an in-house lab for crowns, which makes the process much faster. They always present treatment options clearly and never speak negatively about other practices. The front desk, especially Julia is very helpful and knowledgeable in guiding decisions. Two they had not enough seats in the waiting area so I had to stand for a while three I had a woman dentist who hurt me with drilling. It was like a constant pressure so much that I had to grab their hand for is the final straw when I had to pay $85 when I have an administrative insurance, I don't even know what I paid for. They gave me a receipt that looks like a gas receipt with nothing itemized. They had a woman who was Russian, which isn't a problem, but she wasn't understanding what I was trying to say and explain .Then an additional woman at the front desk was talking down to me in a belittling voice because she couldn't understand the importance of a HIPAA form and try to have me sign a dental release records form specifically for other dentist when the whole reason of me coming back in was trying to have the policy holder have access to my records. Honestly, this is one of the worst dentist I've ever been to especially the front desk.
