United Health Care partially pays for a new CPAP machine every 5 years. As a result there is no need to get a prescription unless it has been 5 years. GOT A SECOND BILL FOR $250.00 - a NEW PATIENT BILL since I hadn't had an appointment for over 3 years. Why would I? All the person on the phone had to do was type in my name and birthday and my file came up. They seriously want me to pay $250,00 for about 20 keystrokes. Now the bill has been sent to a debt collector. Talked to Jeff Weinstock at HMFP months ago and he seemed helpful but did nothing and hasn't answered my last call. He not only knew more than anyone else I had seen, but he also could recognize what he didn't know, and he found out on his own and got back to me. I literally had five different diagnosis from five different doctors. My illness was confusing, and he was the only one to correctly predict what I was going to experience as time went on, and how to deal with (and cure) what I had despite the lack of tests to verifiably diagnose me. He noticed within moments what no other doctor had the insight to detect. 2. Bedside manner: fantastic. I was extremely comfortable. I felt taken care of and respected. He didn't ever oversimplify or dumb down his diagnosis. He was clear, honest, and helpful in describing what he saw honestly and completely and without unnecessary lingo. He made everything extremely easy on me (He partly filled out forms for me so I didn't have to figure it out and he mailed them to me at my apartment (name, type of care etc). It was incredible how caring and how important it was to me!) They really made a great effort to make you comfortable, and give you mental ease while you're sick. 3. Wait time: Above and beyond. I always came in in the morning if I had an appointment, but there were times when I was sick with a fever and just called in hoping to see someone sometime that day. They always got me in right away with maybe a 10 minute wait! It was fantastic. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Goldstein! I am super hard to please and kinda critical in general, but that is especially true when I'm sick. Dr. Goldstein was fantastic. I never had to worry about anything from billing to accurate information to staff remembering my history, to paperwork, to general caring atmosphere, and most of all I had confidence finally that he knew his stuff, and I was going to get well after quite a lot of searching!! My highest recommendation goes to him!

He did take the time to send me for the tests I necessary; nevertheless, he was unable to diagnose what my particular problem was. He was actually baffled. As the other Yelper indicated, he did not issue and Rx unnecessarily, which is always appreciated and he okayed my to fly. He scheduled a follow-up appointment and sent me for repeat tests, same results and still no idea of what the problem with me ears is. "We", and I say we, because I have been looking for answers as well, have looked into drug interactions and other factors and have been unable to come up with anything. Yet, the problem persists. When you do find a hidden doorbell and a human appears you spend 3 minutes with them "learning how to connect the sensor - a ring-" to your iPhone and the app. So 3 hours and 80 miles of driving in 24 hours for a 3 minute technical session that 90% of today's users could do at home via a FedEx or UPS delivery. They are highly skilled clinically, and also surprised me positively with their patient care. I was anxious, but Bang and Cheryl surprisingly calmed me down with their presence and energy, before sedation had even started. Cheryl stood by me throughout the whole thing, she cared for me with such kindness and humanity. I have not experienced any pain or discomfort afterwards, even before taking the medication prescribed. The team also provided me with an after-care step-by-step sheet and 3 different prescriptions (pain medication and antibiotics). They also prescribed me a post-surgery mouth-wash. I left feeling not only relaxed and glad, but also feeling pampered and happy. I'm truly genuinely grateful and will 100% recommend this place!
