The cookies were fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious! The texture was perfect soft in the middle with great flavor. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Definitely a great spot when you're craving something sweet. The place is super cute but cold so keep that in mind. The ambiance amazing. Jose was so nice and welcoming.

The cookies were absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and the perfect treat! I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend giving them a try.
The cookie was alright. Crumbl and Cry Baby have better cookies (especially Cry Baby for their seasonal Smores cookie). The marshmallow was delicious, but the cookie itself wasn't good. I also wish it was a chocolate chip cookie instead of a chocolate cookie. The place was cute! I loved the sprinkle decorations such as the clear sprinkle tables. It was such a cute connection to the product. As for the service, the cashier was nice and seemed very friendly with the two groups before me.

We placed a late night order on Uber Eats to a nostalgic Night owl cookies. Thinking we would be transferred back to our college days once we received our order turned out to be a disappointment. We received nothing of what we ordered and also a lesser quantity. Having spent $30+ on cookies and a piece of cake this is very disheartening. The boxes aren't labeled with any names or order number or anything. Which they should be to avoid errors like these. Let's hope we get our money back.

Wow what delicious cookies! First of all, the shop itself is cute, and I love that the counters and tables are made of sprinkles. There were a bunch of flavors to choose from, and thankfully the employee was super helpful. He recommended the limited time donut cookie, which was a perfect blend of cookie and glazed donut! We also had the chocolate chip, the brookie, and the dirty Diana. All were fantastic, but my fave was the dirty Diana...I love all things nutella! There is plenty of parking, and it's conveniently located close to FIU. You order at the register, and your cookies are brought out from the back. read more

I have been going to Night Owl since they opened their first location off coral way and 107th. They have only gotten better since then. I remember always going for a late night snack. They've always had the best cookies. My favorite is the dirty Diana, which is filled with Nutella inside. It is absolutely phenomenal. I love that now they have seasonal cookies too! The Krispy Kreme donut cookie is 10/10. It's so fluffy because of the chunks of donut within the cookie. I also love that you can taste the white chocolate chunks within the cookie as well. They also have a Dubai chocolate cookie, everyone is into Dubai chocolate now so I love that they are also jumping onto that trend. The top left cookie is like a huge Pillsbury cookies that you just pop in the oven but even better! The service was great. The girl at the front was so nice. I hadn't visited any of the new Night Owl locations since they expanded from the small shop, so I placed the order for pick up & was blown away by how detailed & clean the interior of their FlU location is! There was a short line when I got there but we were attended quickly & the cashier was friendly. Dirty Diana was THE BEST out of all the cookies I selected with the Oreo brownie cheesecake coming in second and the Brookie coming in 3rd. All the cookies were fresh & delicious. 10/10 read more

I'm no longer a night owl so I was glad they were open during the day. Came by to check them out, heard some things about them. It's in a strip mall, not too far from FIU. No one was in there when we came by in the afternoon, but they still had a good amount of selections to choose from. We decided to get 3 cookies: -Ave Maria -Dirty Diana (for obvious reasons) -Dark Chocolate S'mores All were just ok in my book, not as moist or gooey as I hoped it would be. Wish Diana was a little dirtier for my wheelhouse. They have innovative flavors so it was worth checking out. They do warm it up for you though. Nice packaging with cool logo and hip decor inside. I can see this place being quite IG'able. There's a handful of tables inside to sit or you can take it to the house like we did and eat it on the couch. Staff was friendly with nice pleasantries, chatted about some recommendations etc. Forgot the price but I think it was around $4 bucks a cookie. I think they have like 5 locations around, may be worth stopping by to get a cookie if you nearby. read more
My daughter-in-law had been telling me about this business in Miami that she preferred over another of its kind which has become popular in Broward County. One bite and I realized why! We ordered three cookies at 10ish and they were delivered about a half hour later. We shared bites of their Brookie, Cookies & Cream, and Chocolate S'mores. Each creamy bite was better than the first and I just couldn't get enough! What I loved best was that they weren't so sweet. It seems as though the dough is the same for each cookie but what makes them uniquely different is their toppings. The cookies are consistently good! They are coming out when new flavors and they are pretty good! The service is usually good, I've only been there once where the staff weren't as friendly as usual, and they were out of almost all cookies (maybe it was because it was 2AM). Also the portions of the cookies are a good size, you might be one and done. Yummmm! Just....Yum! First of all, great service over the phone from a young man who was helping us. I absolutely forgot his name, I think George.. or I'm not sure, but we placed an order, and he was patient and walked us step by step because he didn't see our order come through. I have eaten at the actual bakery, which has a very cute ambiance and seating! I feel happy when I'm in the bakery. The order came exactly when we're were told it would arrive, and the delivery fee was about $5 on their website. We ordered almost every cookie with 13 selections. We split those cookies between 4 ppl, and it was way too much, but we all brought some home to our families! Yummmmmm!! This is my second time going to Night Owl but this time in a different location. The cookies are absolutely delicious. I think the branding is on point but I feel like the shops are all missing something to elevate the experience to meet the expectation of such a loved brand. This location is clean but it seems very boring when you walk in and it's the second time that I feel like the employees are just not enthusiastic about selling cookies. Maybe they should hire former Girl Scouts because if the employees were more enthusiastic it would certainly elevate the customer experience. Regardless, the cookies are absolutely delicious and very different. The quality and taste of the cookies from my last two visits exceeded my expectations.
