Staff was super nice and informative on questions I had about what offerings they had and feedback from other clients when I gave her my opinion on the new little Debbie cakes. I don't usually get Crumbl cookies because of the cost but this collaboration got me. read more

I'm including a screenshot of the promotion advertising one free cookie per person. Nowhere in the advertisement does it say one free cookie per person, per app. This is where their customer service failed. I was there with my kids, but because only one person in our group had the app, I was only allowed to redeem one free cookie. I also purchased three of their thin chocolate chip cookies. They're so thin that two of them are basically the thickness of one cookie. When I questioned the promotion, every employee simply said, "It comes from our higher-ups." That wasn't a helpful explanation. I then asked for my receipt and the employee told me he couldn't give me one. I asked if they could at least add the rewards points to my account, but I was told it was "too late." They handed me all of the cookies in individual bags. I asked for a bag or a box to carry everything and she said I would have to purchase one for $0.49. I agreed, but then she told me I would have to get back in line to buy it. After already waiting in line once, being told to wait all over again for a simple bag/box was ridiculous. When I got home, all of the cookies had stuck together in the bags, making them difficult to separate without breaking them. Overall, the customer service was disappointing from start to finish. Between the confusing promotion, the lack of flexibility, being unable to get a receipt or rewards points, and the poor packaging, this experience gave me no reason to return. read more

Another late night cookie emergency and Crumbl is there for me! Crumbl burst on the national cookie scene in the modern era and suddenly it's EvErYwHeRe! Murder on the diet, but great on the cheat days. They have a rotating weekly cookie menu listed on their website AND a loyalty program--yay gourmet cookie enthusiasts! It's not cheap, but just one look at that pretty pink box and you know you are getting the Tiffany's box of the cookie kingdom. You can get the mini cookies if you need to try different flavor profiles, but we go for the commitment and just get the three or four cookies of our dreams and cut them up like pie slices. Afterall, you made the trip over to the shop, so you must make it worth your while, right? Just the scent of soft sweet warm goodness is fantastically uplifting. Sometimes they have movie or theme tie-ins like the Beetlejuice afterlife cake--to die for! All this time and I still remember you, darn temporary cake! Note: They all keep just fine in the refrigerator for later sweet inspiration. Note: Don't forget to be kind and tip your bakers. They're up there in pastry heaven serving up cookie nirvana everyday til late! Thanks for following me, happy sweet 2026! ~Tami in Miami read more

I try to give this place chance after chance but it just seems like every time I come, it's always something. Yesterday was the day to come in for a free thin cookie and my oh my, the chaos was real. I definitely extend grace to the employees that were trying to manage it but when the one who is trying to manage everything says "I just started," it really makes you wonder...why is she left with an even newer employee to manage the store by themselves, especially on a day like this. She didn't communicate the process well, it was so disorganized. And then at one point she was only taking customers who wanted to purchase cookies despite those of who came for the promo. Regardless of what order we came in. Then proceeded to have those who wanted the free cookie, to stand outside because it was getting crowded in the store I couldn't believe it. Poorly managed. And I wasn't the only one annoyed. Either way, my husband and I felt bad for them. Got our cookies, tipped them, and went on our way. But yeah this Crumbl needs to do better. read more

Confessions of a cookie addict. I thought I was in recovery. I had my cookie addiction in check. I have been doing well on my low-carb diet for months and lost over 50 pounds. But tonight the inevitable happened. I fell off the wagon. It wasn't my fault. My wife needed cookies and I deprive my wife of nothing. And my dear son Sam. He selfishly introduced me to Crumbl cookies, introducing me to this unavoidable delicacy. And yes, I am weak. When the menu includes churro cookies, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate cake batter cookies, AND cookies and cream cheesecake, how am I expected to control myself. In my defense, I checked the box carefully, and there is no warning label stating these are addictive. The staff did not check my ID and scan it to protect me from what should be a controlled substance. They simply handed me this beautiful pink box with four delicious cookies and set me free to do as I will. And do I did. I committed this indiscretion. This incredible and delicious indiscretion. And I have to admit I'm happy I did. And perhaps even a little more excited about returning to my low-carb diet and continuing my weight loss. That is until the next time I find myself unable to resist. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at Crumbl Cookies was unacceptable from start to finish. I went in to buy cookies, yet somehow they couldn't even sell me any. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the employee helping me provided some of the worst customer service I've experienced. He refused to give me a refund and wouldn't even provide a receipt for my purchase. His solution was to have me write down my name and phone number and promise that someone would call me the next day. Of course, no one ever called. When I returned to follow up, the manager was no better. Rather than apologizing or trying to make things right, she gave me attitude because she couldn't find my name on their list. Instead of taking responsibility, I was made to feel like I was the inconvenience. This entire experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and customer care. It's disappointing that a business can treat paying customers this way and then fail to follow through on the solution they promised. I won't be returning to this location, and I'll be sharing my experience with my friends and family so they know what kind of service to expect. There are plenty of places that value their customers--this clearly isn't one of them. read more

That wait in line is worth it With so many flavors and how huge these cookies are its hard to even finish just one. They keep you on your toes with new and exciting flavors but they keep the O.G.'s stocked. Ordering is a conch as they have the computers for all your choices. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards and even on your birthday there's a sweet treat waiting for you. If you want to take the easy way out order in advance and pick up at the store. Received this beautiful box delivered to my house as a gift. Delicious cookies and cakes served in a convenient 4-Pack box. The flavors were unique and really good! We tried the Snickerdoodle Skillet Cookie, Double Chocolate Chip Cookie, Cookies & Cream Tres Leches Cake & Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake. My favorite was the Snickerdoodle cookie, reminded me of my childhood. Not only good, but you can't beat the prices at Crumbl. And this 4-Pack makes for a lovely and beautiful gift! read more

For a long time i use to love Crumbl cookies, but for the past few times it seems like there is a problem going on with who ever is baking the cookies. Customer service is always nice, the place is clean and organized, but it is a hit or miss with the cookies, some are good some are bad some are inedible. I went this week and got 4 cookies and a cake, the cake was good, but i am definitely not a fan, they are way to "cake out of the box"... 2 of the 4 cookies were very bad, one was so hard i couldn't even cut it with a knife. My always time favorite chocolate chip was not good...there is a problem with consistency and they really need to reteach again the employees who are baking on how to get them right, or hire someone with experience on baking, to bring back the Crumbl, sadly i will be going to another location in the mean time to see if i have better luck. read more

There service is amazing and they are so nice. There cookies are so good and taste amazing.

These cookies are huge and really good. So if you're looking for something sweet at night, this is the perfect place. I wanted something sweet and underestimated the size. They had cool flavors so I knew I had to try several. I tried the blueberry cheesecake (my favorite by far!), the churro (delicious) and the milk chocolate chip and the cookie dough, the last two were alright but the blueberry cheesecake and churro were so good that I went back the next day and got them again! It's unfortunate that these 2 flavors are flavors for now and will change soon. So get them while you can! We ordered the cookies and got them in 5 minutes, despite the place being crowded. And the cookies were soft and sweet. Almost too sweet to have more than 1 cookie at a time. Def coming back to see what new flavors they have read more

Every single time (which is often) i come into this location it's a hot mess.. today was the experience that put me over the edge. There was a line out the door, one employee at the register and no one seemed to get a grasp on how to manage things. They said they were out of cookies and that it would be an hour. We had placed our order through the app and they said they had no full size cookies only minis so if you ordered a full cookie you would get three minis in its place. The boxes they gave us were disgusting covered in other cookies and frosting from their gloves. You sell food do a better job, the whole place is mismanaged and they need to look into it. read more

This cookie shop is the bomb. They are honestly the perfect cookies, not too much on these cookies like other cookie shops. Its the perfect balance of sweet and salty. My favorite was the raspberry cheesecake, it taste just like a slice of cheesecake! My second favorite was the lemon poppy seed, it had a lemon custard filling. It's as if you're eating one of those lemon poppy seed muffins, although it is more decadent. Crumbl Cookies is pretty interesting since the flavors change every week. There's a ton of variety! The concept is awesome and very unique if you ask me. The service is always great and efficient, the cookies are always made fresh! read more

So excited to try this new premium cookie place. It's located in the Costco place on 137 Ave and 120 St, in the spot where the froyo place used to be. It's my first time hearing about Crumbl Cookies but now writing this review I found out that they are actually a large franchise with over 250 bakeries in 36 states. Their cookies are large, about 4" diameter and 1" thick, and are served warm too. It's about $3 a piece, on par with other premium cookies. I like the Dirt Cake, which, as you can imagine, has some cookie crumbles. They even put a gummi worm there, so cute! Their cookies are really soft, almost like a rich cake, and on the sweet side. The cookies come in really cute boxes. The place is take out only, a small store front with a large back area where the busy cookie production is in full view. My only negative is that I am underwhelmed with the selection. At first I thought the choice was limited because the place is new, but actually it's the chain's MO. While they have over 100 varieties, only 6 is available at any time: two permanent offerings of sugar and chocolate chip, plus four rotating flavors, which is the same across the country as listed on their website. When I visit other cookie places, I have a hard time narrowing down my choices. Here, I was prepared to spend more but the current rotation just happened not to be my favorites. I mean, it's not bad cookie, but everybody has their preferences. Great for exploring new flavors, but may also mean disappointment at only finding one or two favorites, though maybe that is best for my waistline and wallet. read more

This location was nothing but a disappointment. I placed an order for curbside pick up, once I arrived I called several times to no avail. Over 20 minute waiting for someone to answer the call. I had to get off being sick (reason for doing curbside). The store was overflowing with people, it was total chaos. Was not able to receive my order as I never made it to the front counter. I kept on calling and leaving voicemails and still no one has answered no returned my call. I highly DO NOT recommend CRUMBL cookies to anyone; especially the KENDALL location. read more

The service was friendly, the store was super clean. We were excited to try these cookies, but not as impressed with the weekly selection. We tried strawberry shortcake and it tasted luck cereal. Came for the first time on a Thursday night and wasn't too packed. I have heard about this place often and it's always on my way to the shopping plaza so decided to give it a shot. For a 6 pack plus tip, came at about $20...not bad considering the size and density of these cookies. Got different flavors but have to say, milk chocolate chip cookie took the prize, and pink doughnut a second (least favorite was lemon). I do feel they need a bit more organization as the cookies were not given out in order of placing it with customers. Some people came after us and got it first and some waiting a while, and I ended getting mine before them. Not exactly my go to/favorite specialty cookie place, but it is the closest and most convenient for me, and experience was okay enough that I'll probably be going again in the future. read more

I had heard this spot just recently opened and I was in the area so I had to stop by and check them out. The only downside to this location is how congested the traffic sin the plaza. Other than that, best cookie variety ever! Can we all agree that Crumbl Cookies has the best hands down weekly variation of cookie flavors! Customer service is always amazing and I was greeted as I walk in the door. I love the convenience that I can secure my cookie order in advance via their mobile app so that I can secure my order and make sure they don't run out. On top of that you get rewards every time you order so it's a win win! This spot is always on point and they make sure your order is correct. Just visited Crumbl Cookies for the first time, after hearing and seeing a lot of hype on it through various outlets. Service was good- we opted for online ordering and found their app was easy to use. Our cookie order was placed and ready within 5 minutes. Staff was pleasant. The place itself is simple and cute. Nothing crazy or fancy , but cute enough for the concept. The cookies themselves were OK. They had decent flavor but there was nothing particularly special about them IMO. The sugar cookie and Twix were way too overloaded with icing and frosting. They are already super sweet, but add to that the mountain of icing on both and it was almost hurting our teeth towards the end. We ended up wiping some off. The cookies themselves had a nice buttery flavor. The Twix cookie is odd because it's served very cold. Not to my personal preference. I personally feel like cookies should all be served warm. :) It almost felt like they had taken in out of the freezer right before they served them to us. Some of the other cookies were supposed to be warm, but they were all room temperature at best. Not sure what happened there. Aside from that, the cookies weren't bad and perhaps flavors from a different week would be much more suited to our liking. The cookies are on the pricier side, but it's about on par with these types of premium sweets. Would have rated the cookies themselves 3 stars but the service and ordering process was impressive and much better than other cookie places in town, so bumped it up to 4. read more
