Short story, they said my water leak was not my water heater but told me I had a major plumbing leak underneath the water heater and that they do not handle that. So I paid my service fee for nothing and he left my house with no repair done. I then file a new service request through my home warranty program and assign a new service provider to come look at my leaking water heater, very professional & experienced company this time, and sure enough that (water heater) is the problem. I can't begin to say how fortunate I feel to have come across Mr. Brian Cunningham's contact…read moreinformation when I googled "soda dispenser installation" in that search engine the other day. Especially because it wasn't one of the top five hits that were listed. None of these specialists were local, so then I noticed that Mr. Cunningham was from the Los Angeles area and so I opened his Yelp page and started reading some of the reviews. All of them were positive so I decided to give him a call. He promptly returned my call and I explained my predicament of having bought a fountain soda dispenser online and after spending a couple of days installing it and failing to make it work, I had given up. We had an event in the coming days so it was extremely important for our business to have the soda dispenser in operational condition. My fear in calling someone to do this was that no one would want to work on an equipment that someone else had messed around with. To my astonishment, Mr. Cunningham just started asking me to describe the problem and then offered hints of what I could do to make the equipment work. My fear of being chastised for working on something I couldn't complete didn't materialize. As Mr. Cunningham's company was in the middle of a couple of jobs, he couldn't make it to my place of business that day or the next, but we continued to communicate via text and email so I'd be able to send photos of the equipment. He'd then have an idea what kind of replacement parts might be needed and the places to get them in the vicinity of my business. On the day prior to his visit, I mentioned that I was going to try one more thing that I thought would work, but Mr. Cunningham said that wouldn't work because the description of the issue pointed to something else. So on the day of his visit I tried that something else and it worked. I had already given up but thanks to Mr. Cunningham's pointers, I was able to persevere and solve the problem. Unfortunately he lost my business but he gained someone who won't hesitate to hire his services next time the need arises. You want an honest person who won't make up stuff just to make a buck? You know where to find him!
