We hosted a return to California and Retirement party all in one and selected Nicole to handle the bartending/service. First off what a great choice! Pre-event communication and coordination was easy and efficient. She arrived an hour before the event and worked hard to assemble, prep, and decorate to have everything looking perfect before the first guest arrived. We showed her where the location of refrigerators, extra alcohol, cups and all were kept and she handled the rest. Other than getting a drink and seeing her behind the bar we wouldn't have known she was there. One less thing for us to worry about. Love it. Seems Nicole had her own fan club going aside from the normal 'your the bartender therefore my best friend' situation. Oh, wait, am I the only one that thinks like that?! Her personality and energy couldn't have been better or more engaging. I'm sorry but I'm remiss in that I have no decent pictures of her set-up but know it's great. (yes I suck) If my guests send any good ones I'll edit the review and add them. Her set-up is attractive and inviting but not overly flashy and ostentatious, which is exactly what we wanted. We aligned on a menu of drinks and she made a really nice menu board and every single drink was made to order right in front of you. No pouring out of a pitcher, no shaking/stirring 4 drinks at a time. That drink is just. For. You. We will use her again and recommend her to anyone that asks. read more

Wow! Hire Nicole! She made our party so fun and easy. She was easy to work with from the beginning and I love that she provided a shopping list for the alcohol and accoutrements needed for the drinks. It took the guesswork out. She has great energy and really a great sense of service. Her set-up was very professional and she even made a custom sign for our drink selection. Cocktails were well balanced and tasty. Nicole and her team did an AMAZING job for our engagement party!! From beginning to end, she was truly phenomenal. I cannot even begin to say how great of an experience it was taking on Nicole and Maci for their bartending services! I highly recommend her. From the initial contact to execution, it was all smooth. Nicole bartended my husbands 50th birthday for 125ish people (almost all of whom were drinking). She was very communicative from the first time I reached out. She gave me a shopping list which was wonderfully planned; I barely had any excess and we did not run out. She setup a very nice bar at my house with cute signs, a menu and a smoker for the old fashioned. The drinks were delicious and she made welcome shot for me to hand people as they entered. She and her other bartender, Shayna, kept the line moving and the guests smiling. I had never hired a bartender before, but was so glad I did for his party.
