I really wanted to serve Blue Star Brewery's "Texican" beer at my wedding but it wasn't finished brewing until 2 days before the big day! No problem for Bartenders4you. Jennifer always returned my calls even when I called at odd hours and worked with me to get just what I wanted. They went out of their way to pick up the Texican beer at Blue Star and an additional Dos XX for my guests that might not like craft beers. The bartender at our wedding was very professional and friendly. After the wedding, there was a mix up with my groomsmen who were supposed to bring the left over Texican home and the did not. Bartenders4you rolled with the punches and returned the keg to Blue Star for me, ensuring I got the keg deposit back. Bartenders4You was fantastic- the staff that came out to our venue was so receptive. The moment my husband and I got out of the ceremony and began taking the traditional photos, the event coordinator came over with our preferred drinks of choice based on the bartender finding out from our friends and families what our favorite drinks were. As soon as we sat down at our sweetheart table, one of the bartending staff came over and introduced himself to us and told us congratulations and that he would get us anything we needed throughout the night. We heard from so many of our guests that the bartending staff was professional, humble and really nice to everyone. At the end of the night they went out of their way to help pack up, which they weren't required to do at all. We were required to use either this company or Margarita Madness based on certified bartenders in the area that our venue allowed, but we would have picked them regardless because they were awesome! They patiently walked us through how much alcohol we would need and were on point in their estimations. I recommend the 5 flavor margarita bar as an option for guests--it was a huge hit at our wedding. The best part of the service is the bar tenders. Both guys were the stars of our wedding. I personally, think that Dan is an angel sent here to help make weddings more fun! He was the hit of the night and so accommodating. Throughout our wedding planning process we came across several bar tending services especially after attending four bridal extravaganza shows. Lol! After doing our fair share of research we decided on Bartenders4You & we are so glad that we did! They were extremely helpful & accommodating when scheduling our initial & tasting meetings. We appreciated their attention & prompt responses to our emails. We were thrilled with their suggestion of a hibiscus flower in our champagne glasses for our toasts since our wedding colors were lavender & silver. On wedding day they arrived on time & were ready to go prior to ceremony. All of our guests were very pleased with the service our bartenders provided, we are still receiving compliments on them. Rob, from Bartenders4you was terrible. I had my wedding in New Braunfels, TX at Village Venue. The bar was originally supposed to be on the balcony. When he was told this he proceeded to throw a fit and also mention that he was normally provided with nicer coolers (Yeti or party tubs) to keep the drinks cool with. We brought three coolers that were still nice but not the best of the best. He also mentioned how we did not bring napkins or stirring sticks which we were never told to bring and had to run and get them the day of. He never even used the stirring sticks which was a waste of money. He also tried cutting off a few of my guests from drinking whenever they were never belligerent or drunk. Just overall unhappy with the service that was provided and wish we could somehow get our money back. read more

These guys were at a wedding we went to and we hoped to use them at our wedding, unfortunately we had to switch venues last minute because the venue couldn't provide what they said they could after. The owners of b4you were so sweet about the cancellation since the new venue requires in house bartenders. So sad we won't have their delicious margs at our wedding! This vendor worked a wedding I attended and they were terrible. The bartenders at the event were not friendly, in fact I would go so far as to say they were malicious, and behaved in a way ill-fitted to the dignity and civility expected of wedding staff. They were critical of attendees' drinking and if they thought you had had too much, they'd tell you, your friends and family, and the security staff on duty. These two bartenders did just that to a member of the wedding party. It is understood that in Texas, bartenders have a certain liability in serving intoxicated persons; however the gentleman they targeted was perfectly self-controlled, and even after being informed that he was not driving, they still pointed him out to the police officer. Consequently, the officer followed the groomsman around as though he were a criminal, like he was the only person ever to have a few drinks at a wedding reception. This condemning, unreasonable, and tactless bar staff profoundly undermined the enjoyment of the wedding party, and the family and friends thereof, and their actions resulted in an oppressive monitoring from an over-zealous, ill-informed police officer. Be assured I will not recommend them to anyone. read more

Very disappointed in the service Bartenders4you provided. There is a mandatory 50 dollar gratuity fee to each bartender when you request their services. The bartenders refused when asked to take down the tip jars at our wedding. My mother asked how much she would have to pay them to take down the tip jars since they were refusing and the bartenders stated $200 per bartender. The bartenders helped themselves to our food services and took multiple smoke breaks. I have placed many phone calls to bartenders4you, it is almost impossible to get anything but a voicemail. Unfortunate to be treated this way on such a special day. read more
