From the very beginning, Maria's communication was prompt, organized, and professional. On the wedding day, they completely exceeded every expectation. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and the service was one of the smoothest I've ever seen especially with a plated choice of dinner. Maria herself is a powerhouse - constantly moving, managing, and ensuring every detail was perfectly executed. I truly can't recommend her and her team enough. They set the bar for wedding catering!

There are a lot of mature oaks that provide plenty of shade and a beautiful background for photos. I had my wedding and reception here, as well as stayed in the on-site lodging with the bridal party, and everything was amazing, from the setting, to the beautiful white mansion for lodging (with a pool/hot tub, large indoor master suite with a jacuzzi), to the food. Everything was arranged through the venue - food, cake, flowers, photographer, DJ, officiant, etc. It was all very well coordinated and top quality.

Dealing with Wild West entertainment has been a disaster. Keep all communication in writing with…read morethese people. Debraun (owner) was difficult to get ahold of and her contract was only enforceable when she wanted it to be. We agreed to corrections to the docusign, thus created a new contract. When the old docusign didn't get signed she harassed me in multiple emails saying I needed to do my part to sign the contract. She didn't believe me until I showed her the completed signed contract that she had two separate documents. She requested a certified check written out to Wild West entertainment sent to her Austin address in the contract. We did this, but she wasn't home to accept the check so she couldn't confirm our date. We then had another certified check rewritten to a new name and address as she requested. She held onto it for over a month before cashing the first check that was sent to her home. She then stated that she was unable to cash the second check because the name didn't match. She then took it on vacation with her unable to give it back. Our bank already issued the funds and couldn't cancel the check to put the funds back into our account without the original check. She agreed to give it back when she returned (we patiently waited over a month). That certified check was "stolen" from Debraun. We only found this out when we were doing our 60 day meeting at less than 30 days from our wedding (due to the manager not creating a folder for our wedding). We were told things in our walk through that ended up not being true. We were told we could alter how many panels were open or closed on the tent (with 60 day notice). When we attempted to discuss it at 60 days we were told that altering the tent panels may disrupt the integrity of the tent and it wasn't an option to alter it. Promised that we would have use of a grill that wasn't available. Promised that our vendors could use the groom's suite even though we didn't rent it in our package. The AC went out in it the week prior with no one telling us until our cake lady came out drenched in sweat and flushed telling my husband "I cannot work in there." Then the manager telling us that we didn't rent it so she had No responsibility to tell us. Back to the same meeting when we were being gaslighted and told that the certified check was our fault because we wrote it wrong (not that she failed multiple times to give us the correct information and then lost our money). She told me that I still owed her another check for half of our payment. I sent her the bank documents showing the checks with her signature and the money taken out of my account. It was paid in full plus a second deposit. She harassed us about it before even checking with her bank. Come to find out that her bank put a hold on the funds because of her. How embarrassing for her to do business like this. Good news is that with another fee charged we finally had our funds from the second deposit returned to our account with an affidavit stating we will not cash the check. This venue and the house are beautiful. Had I not been trapped by a quick engagement and could've moved the venue I would have.

While you can't beat the views, chandelier, and bathrooms for the guests (believe me, they're beautiful), we ultimately chose the venue because of Jason. He was so genuine and helpful, without the expectation of us booking with them. Nevertheless, we had an incredible experience. Every inch of this place is beautiful for photos, they were over the top accommodating, and every vender they recommended that we use was a hit. Life really hit the fan in 2020, and Eagle Dancer Ranch gave us full control and support of what we felt was best. We planned our entire wedding virtually & we would confidently do it again based off of how our experience here was!

We started with a traditional ceasar salad which was tasty. We then progressed to their Filet Diane, a peppercorn crusted filet topped with mushrooms . For the sides they provided their ginger honey glazed carrots and mashed potatoes which featured a lemon oregano vinaigrette. The carrots were tender and sweet and made a great flavor offset to the beef and the lemon addition (something I would never think to do) provided a delicious and unique twist to the potatoes. The team working the event was prompt in their attention to detail and removing and setting new plates in between courses and were able to do so without disrupting the flow of the event. If you're looking for a caterer for your events you should definitely give them a try!

She really made sure we were going to get what we wanted on my big day. i'm not sure if everything went South when someone else took over (she was out sick). But to spend over 10 grand for a catering experience and have a turn out the way it did is absolutely not acceptable. And it was far from delicious. During our tastings everything was wonderful. We came to the decision of chicken piccata.. when it was served to us it was breaded with plenty of sauce and just perfectly tender chicken. I was super confident that they would be able to deliver that same quality of food for my wedding day. They were on time and professional but the quality of the food was nowhere near what we tasted. A few of my uncles said they couldn't cut their chicken with a knife.. and therefore did not eat. My mother-in-law was super intent on having coffee served so we got the add on of the coffee service. No one was offered coffee, when she asked for a cup it was delivered to her with no creamer, sugar nor a spoon. My chicken was fairly tough as well. I never got a salad which really would've helped me on my day to have something to eat since the chicken was not very good.
