We've visited a few times now and this place is so solid! Every item is of great quality, from the meats to pancakes and fresh veggies. They have a great breakfast and lunch menu, and they often run a few fun specials. This weekend was chicken and waffles and it was wonderful. It's not a huge place with maybe seating for 20 but it's with a wait, although usually doesn't have one. They work fast here. read more

Stopped in with my grandson for lunch last week and had Chicken Souviaki and a chicken finger sub. Both had excellent (i would like it if they could put green pepper strips on it and have dill sauce) flavor and size! Waitress and Cook were friendly and the place is spotless. i've asked a friend to meet me there tomorrow morning to try breakfast. Only gave it 4 stars since i haven't tried much. note: I missed it on my first drive by since their signage doesn't stick out. Look for the Lebanese bakery right next to it! Try it... This isn't Nick's Plaice Express which is a fish fry place on the other side of town. It's not Nick's Space Express which is down near Titusville, Floride. It's not Nick's Pre-Ex-Dress which is a clothing store based around the types of clothes Nick USED to wear before he met his ex. And it's not Nick's Playdough Sexfest, which is, well, exactly what it sounds like. It's on Aero Drive. I was going to Nick's Place on Amherst for a Souvlaki, but a friend of mine (appropriately named Nick) told me to come here instead and try the food at NPE. I was amazed to see that my friend was working there - my former soccer captain - and he was doing the cooking. He's a super super friendly guy. Yes the food did take forever to come out, but I actually don't mind that. Yes I was in a hurry today but not so much of a hurry that I minded waiting around for awhile. The owner had just left (he's the son of the owner of the other Nick's) and it was 30 minutes to closing time, and a lot of orders came at once, so it wasn't a surprise that it took awhile. Everything tasted really good. I had the Giambotta (which is like a mixed skillet, I kind of wanted an omelette but this thing was recommended, and it was really good). I would have liked it much more if I'd asked for hot dog sauce slathered all over it, but the girl I was with was sharing with me and I didn't want to mess it up for her. The other thing I had was the Chicken Souvlaki, which was good. I remember the one at the other Nick's being pretty wet and spectacular, and both of the dishes here were a little dry, so I'll probably go back and try the other place again at some point soon and then do a direct comparison. One thing that really stood out was the homemade white bread. I know Sophia's on Niagara raves about their HMB and I think it's dry and awful. Well this one was the polar opposite. It was absolutely DELICIOUS. If I was rating just for the bread it would hands down be a 10/5. Yum yum yum. Yes the bread was absolutely awesome. I've teetered between a 4 and 5 because it was a bit dry and it's not the cheapest (Open Chick Souv is 9, Giambotta is 8, other omelettes are 8 too), but it was also very tasty, the bread was off the charts, and if I added a bunch of the hot dog sauce like I wanted, I'd have liked it even more. So it's right on the borderline and if you like diners you'll probably love this one. And please don't get this mixed up with Nikki's Pay Sex Express, which is an illegal business running out of Minneapolis, which Prince used to frequent, before he became TAFKAP, which was even before he became TAFKATAFKAP. A small, intimate place for breakfast. We got to sit outside and they had umbrellas to keep us shaded which was nice. The food was awesome. The menu has great variety. My girlfriend and I stopped here for breakfast/lunch on our way home from Niagara Falls. One of the best decisions we made on the trip! The food was absolutely delicious. My girlfriend got a bacon breakfast skillet and I got a Shawarma wrap with the Greek Fries. Both of the meals were delicious and I cannot recommend the Greek Fries enough. The fries were nice and crispy and came loaded up with a mound of feta cheese (I absolutely love feta). On top of this they then put a family recipe. It was a lemon, vinegar, oil, and herb mix. The combination of that with the feta and the crunch of the fries... out of this world! Each bite was a huge flavor explosion and it paired perfectly with the flavors of the gyro and other items in my wrap. On to the skillet. Again, great flavors and portion. It also came with 2 slices of delicious home made bread! I also have to comment on the service. The staff was wonderful. Super friendly, serving with a smile, and attentive on top of it all. Cannot recommend this place enough for good breakfast or an amazing Greek experience. If I didn't live 5 hours away I would come back in a heart beat! read more

I had food from here delivered through doordash, and it was my first time getting food from here. Sometimes food to go isn't very good- but this place? Fantastic. My boyfriend and I both got country breakfasts and every piece of it was absolutely phenomenal. We both said this is probably one of the best (If not the best) breakfast we've ever had. The French toast was great, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the home fries were definitely the best I've ever had. You can tell all their food is homemade and done with care. Good fresh food - we had breakfast there and it was delicious. I had the gyro and eggs and the gyro was super flavorful.

This place just never disappoints; eggs and homefries consistently done perfectly, each plate a work of art. I tried the soulvaki breakfast with the chicken this time. Delicious. It came with a small cup of fresh, shaved feta. I have never enjoyed feta so much. Before I placed my order, a plate of French Toast made its way past me to another table so I needed to try a side of that too (it looked amazing). Lightly sprinkled with cinnamon, it was delightful. First of all Nick is the nicest guy ever. The restaurant looks awesome after the remodel. He makes real authentic homemade Greek food that I can confidently say is the best in town. Quick, delicious Greek diner, where the ingredients are fresh and Nick himself puts them together. We had the souvlaki plates with a combo of chicken, beef and gyro, and the meats were savory and perfectly cooked and atop a fresh salad with feta. A great deal for only $9. This place is so cool and so cute. Even though I'm originally from the area I drove by it a couple times. It is easy to miss but if you know the area it is basically in front of Pete's Lebonese bakery on Elmwood across from the Rite aid that used to be Fay's and before that Bells. It was quintessential western New York. Friendly fun and delicious. Nick himself was manning the grill. He was making delicious items like buffalo chicken finger omelettes! Even though they are busy and it is a very small place Nick was happy to accommodate an allergy and make something special for one of us. Considering the price for adding tomatoes is the same as adding bacon as well as broccoli being the same als, I assumed this would be a more than fair swap. (Ie 1 comparable item vs 2 ). I was surprised when it came out with two pieces. The potatoes needed to be cooked a little more thorough. I had asked for well done but they were pretty raw in some spots.
