Exactly as promised! We were regularly apprised of what to expect and when to expect it. This is outstanding consideration for the client and their anxiety at beginning a large project. Everyone at Top Notch, from the owner to the crew, is warm, courteous, professional and concerned. We knew we were in good hands. Tyler and Lucas were gentlemanly and courteous in that they made sure every step of the way we were happy with the work they were doing. They are truly an asset to the company. Their manners and professionalism should be a benchmark for the industry. We had two bathroom showers replaced. One involved removing a tub with surround the other a shower surround. This is a mobile home, there were several surprises behind the surround and under the floor. This was not even a bump in the road for Tyler and Lucas. They saw the problem, knew what to do, went and purchased the parts then continued with their work. Never a grumble. I was taking photos all along to document the progress. They graciously stepped aside to accommodate me. I only wish they did other work because I have found the rare company that cares and wants to deliver to make sure the client is satisfied. I will recommend them to the heavens! In under three days, both of our wretched, outdated shower/baths have been transformed to beautiful and up to date showers. No longer will I be embarrassed, now I show them off! They even did a little extra here and there because they knew things I would never have thought of it. Who could ask for more? Things started out great! Filled out form, Immediate Response, Next day appt…read more Needed the master vanity done w/i 4 wks, otherwise, no timeline. This was completed w/i 1st week. We are very grateful. Opportunities: Communication-not great. Contractors speak Spanish/we speak English causing huge gap. If something goes wrong, call the company-ask why. Flip-Bench-requested in master shower. When we saw the bench not in there, it was too late because an anchor needed to go in before shower wall. Given a stand-alone bench. Mirrors-Told our mirrors can go back on the wall, they did not fit w/new vanities. Given $600 credit Quartz countertops-Picked out Quartz countertops in April. If cost difference, we will pay it. End of Jun-time to put them in, we're told we needed to pick something else. We were given 1 option that we didn't like. We ended up w/original choice. Timeliness - There were at least 4 times that we had no clue if the contractors were coming. Either there was no confirmation, or they would show up 11-1130ish, 2:30ish & stay until 7:30ish. When everything was finished, there was poor caulking in 1 bathroom & NO caulking in master, with/plug hanging off the wall. They said, they'll be back Mon 8:30-9. NO one showed or called. We called them 12ish, they'll be there 2:30-3. At 3:20, someone shows up. THIS would be the time to show up or at least call us, instead of having to call them. Especially since they needed to fix something THEY screwed up. These times are the difference between going to work or not, even for 1/2 day. This past weekend I opened a vanity drawer & the handle became unhinged, so we will be buying another one of those. On Monday our mirrors were put back in. Ultimately, we like our bathrooms, but the heartache that went along was not worth the over $53,000 we paid.
