Things started out great! Filled out form, Immediate Response, Next day appt…read more Needed the master vanity done w/i 4 wks, otherwise, no timeline. This was completed w/i 1st week. We are very grateful. Opportunities: Communication-not great. Contractors speak Spanish/we speak English causing huge gap. If something goes wrong, call the company-ask why. Flip-Bench-requested in master shower. When we saw the bench not in there, it was too late because an anchor needed to go in before shower wall. Given a stand-alone bench. Mirrors-Told our mirrors can go back on the wall, they did not fit w/new vanities. Given $600 credit Quartz countertops-Picked out Quartz countertops in April. If cost difference, we will pay it. End of Jun-time to put them in, we're told we needed to pick something else. We were given 1 option that we didn't like. We ended up w/original choice. Timeliness - There were at least 4 times that we had no clue if the contractors were coming. Either there was no confirmation, or they would show up 11-1130ish, 2:30ish & stay until 7:30ish. When everything was finished, there was poor caulking in 1 bathroom & NO caulking in master, with/plug hanging off the wall. They said, they'll be back Mon 8:30-9. NO one showed or called. We called them 12ish, they'll be there 2:30-3. At 3:20, someone shows up. THIS would be the time to show up or at least call us, instead of having to call them. Especially since they needed to fix something THEY screwed up. These times are the difference between going to work or not, even for 1/2 day. This past weekend I opened a vanity drawer & the handle became unhinged, so we will be buying another one of those. On Monday our mirrors were put back in. Ultimately, we like our bathrooms, but the heartache that went along was not worth the over $53,000 we paid.

Needless to say that didn't work well and the floor had many, many soft spots. We have had to totally redo what he did and it cost us plenty in dollars and time. Asking Fred to make it right was a waste of time, as he claimed poverty. Our attorney said if you sue him yu will win but what would you collect? Anyway - beware when dealing with this company.

I was referred to Sunch and WOW - what a difference. The work is excellent, they explain everything that is happening as you go along, and, they have the best attitudes. The people that they employ are also just like them! Working hard and doing great work. I had cabinets installed in my laundry room, garage and an en suite in the main house. New granite countertops, hardware, tile floors and sinks. Perfect installation and the cabinets are top notch. They are also drywalling the en suite and texturizing it. My entire house interior (6,500 sf) is being painted by a Team of their personnel. So far - I'm elated. This has been the smoothest construction experience in my life. These guys are first class and deliver first class service. Save yourself the aggravation of those who do shoddy work and don't show-up when they say. Call Fred or Johnny at Sunch. You won't be disappointed!
