ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! I hired this company December 7, 2015…read more That's right, over 9 months ago. Why would I review them 9 months later, because on a daily basis I look at this BS "workmanship" and notice more and more issues/defects/cracks and believe will all my heart, this person should not be allowed to conduct business ANYWHERE. I hired them to do an update on my outdoor bar area, which was beautiful to begin with. I replaced the existing bamboo with chardonnay ledgestone, new doors/cabinetry for behind the bar and a new covered awning/shade structure. We were told the project would be completed in a week by the owner. We were later told the cabinetry they sold had to be ordered/manufactured and it took 3 weeks to get. The company does not have regular full-time employees. He hires all sub-contractors through a completely different company, who are only able to work part-time for him. This is also not divulged at the time you sign a contract with him. On December 15th I'm asked for more money due to the completion of the stonework. My mistake, I gave him a check. The stonework was and is still to this day an absolute eyesore, not even close to completion. After the 15th of December, several weeks went by with absolutely NO production. The stone areas were never fixed, I had no doors, no cabinets and definitely no roof. My existing granite countertops were balancing on 2x4's for 7 weeks! We had several days scheduled to continue my project, Bill was a "NO SHOW" on 1/9, 1/11, 1/13, 1/17, 1/21 and 1/27, which is when I FIRED him. To this day I have tress cracks down the entire length of the corners, multiple missing pieces of stone, mortar splatter, gaps where MY existing granite counters should lay flat. Exposed screws holding up the "rope lighting" that I did not hire them to install. Uneven counters, seems for counters were never sealed together and now there are gaps, exposed plywood under the entire perimeter of bar, and it goes on and on and on. After I fired him on 1/25, the female "partner" for the business called me and basically begged me to let someone come out on Feb 7th, Superbowl Sunday to install the doors. David shows up, says he does not do doors, and is putting more rope lighting up, which again, I did not hire them to do. Once again on the 27th of February, I am asked to allow "Gary", who works for the other company where the sub-contractors come from, to come out and fix the issues. I schedule an appointment with Gary for 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, 2/27, and at 10:20 a.m. Gary calls to cancel our appointment. I'm done! Karma is all I can say. I am also going to try and include photos, so you can judge for yourself if its worth it to give them a shot.
Lastly, they claim to be BBB accredited on their website...SURPRISE...they are not~!
