To the owner: I'm not bashing on your business, I'm leaving a detailed review for you, the business owner, and others to read. I'm sorry that not everything is unicorns and rainbows about my review, so I'll leave you with a positive note at the end of this that will make you happy. Thanks for agreeing with one of my points in my original post. Even though your sign has been posted, you have employees that lied to me about changing prices due to COVID. If I were going to complain about a haircut I would have gone to supercuts or fantastic sams. Continuing, why would not following COVID guidelines be "scary", it's literally just a guideline that is recommended to follow. If I state that you guys do not follow those guidelines and your response to that is with sarcasm/belittlement there is clearly something about the Covid guidelines that affects you personally. Instead of your emotion filled response, a simple, "I apologize about your past experiences with us and I hope to resolve these issues if they ever come up again" would have been great. The only positive experiences about this place would be the decor (if you're into patches and stuff) and the quality work from the ladies who work here, without them your business would not have as many positive reviews as it does.

My first time here. Not gonna lie. I was skeptical since the last barber shop I took my son to ruined his hair. First they had a very nice woman start but my 3 year old freaked out. I asked for a guy. Not sure why I thought it would work. It did. They gave me Buddy. He was very fast and efficient. I really liked the way it turned out. When I signed in we were 6th in line. It went pretty fast and was seen about 30 min after signing in. Buddy wasn't terrified to work on my son which transferred to my son actually sitting through it. Buddy was patient with him and again very efficient. I'm very picky with my son's fade. The price is extremely reasonable. I thought way too generous I tipped $12. The last place I had taken my son to was double the price and did a very terrible job. Walk in only. I rarely do reviews but this place really deserves one. Def coming back.

I went to get hair cut today and found out Nick has passed away. He has cut my hair for 10 years and for the last 3 years he has given a donation to Eastvale Little League. Nicks was a great person with a big heart. RIP Nick. read more

Cool place. Good friendly barbers, decent haircuts depending on who cuts your hair. Some know what you're trying to describe, and some you have to tell them every step of the way, or they do seen to know the look your going for, even after you show them pics. The price is reasonable at $20, and they have about 8 different barbers to chose from, at any one time. read more

Come here every other week to grab a quick and seamless haircut. If I might suggest, go to NICK or BUDDY for your haircuts and I promise they will give you a great cut. Price is good for what you get, and the personality of all the barbers are astounding! read more

Asked for a mid fad and I got a high fade or lack of a fade. I look ridiculous and will wear a hat until this grows out. It go's from skin to hair no contrast of a fade. More like a bowl. read more

My husband went in for a clean up on the sides and back sunday morning and when he walked out I didn't really pay attention when he got in the car because I was up all night with our new born... when I finally realized the next day looking at his hair I asked hihim what happened?! He said a girl cut his hair and she seemed fairly new... didn't get her name though.. how does someone mess up on such an easy fade like this?! And she saw nothing wrong with charging him $14 for the sides and back.... you can still see the lines from the different guards used... she didn't even bother to blend it in... He's in the military so of course I had to fix it... he didnt want to bother me because he can see how tired i am with our newborn but I can't have him walking around with a hack job like that... and when he asked if they give military discounts... she replied that they serve the military, police, firefighter so no discounts was given... which was fine... but doesn't that mean she should be familiar with clean fades because I'm sure no military, law enforcement, or firefighters would walk around with this... read more

Great barber shop, been going here for a long time. Everyone is great except the old guy just gave me what has to be the worst haircut I've ever had, probably because you can't understand a word he's saying. I'll be waiting for someone else no mater how rushed I am next time. read more

Horrible experience!!! Second time going here. I asked the barber for a certain hair cut along with how much I needed cut. She obviously jumped to her own conclusion thinking I wanted everyone else's hair style. Not only did she shave the side of my head bald, but she did a horrific job!! Her answer was " oh I thought you wanted this hair style" are you serious?? Who does that? Not to mention the owner/ manger just apologized. As a business owner and professional, I would of never made my customer pay for a bad experience. Nor would I just apologize! I would try and offer better service along with some type of good care. I DO NOT recommend this place unless you don't care about how your hair looks, and you want a horrible cut. Your better off taking your money somewhere else. Where they will ensure excellent customer service!! Very disappointed... read more

This place is great, been coming here for 12+ years and I've never had one single issue, I've gotten haircuts from 5 different people there and it's always been exactly what I ask for. Hilda and Lucy are my go-to's. Can get really crowded on Saturday mornings but it's not so bad. Definitely recommend this place!! read more

Stopped in for my first cut since I moved to the area. Lucy was great! Unfortunately my rating is based on shady business practices. It really bothers me that they accept cards but don't mention the surcharge. I check my statement and I'm charged an extra $4.50...?!? I'm not cheap by any means, I left an almost 50% tip because she did a great job. Unfortunately I doubt I'll go back after that shady transaction! Very disappointing!!! read more

We have been going to Nick's Barbers for 15 years as they give the best flat top my husband can find. We even drive an hour to get there because that is how good they are. Hubby prefers Nick, but Lucy and Buddy do a great job too. They also give great cuts to my boys!! Nick's Barbers is awesome! read more

these people should not advertise for help because they are game players who have fun at hurting people. Especially Hilda or what ever her name is. this is how they have fun pretty patedic.. maybe you should look at your own h/c they sure don't look all that great to me. and the owner very sick in the head. ones head should only swell so big before it pops. can't even help somebody but can clown you a make a fool out of you to make himself look good and set a scene for your departure to look like your fault when in all reality it's your game.. Buddy will play his part ya we can handle it no problem see you tommoorrow no problem!! when I call back you left your done.
