To the owner: I'm not bashing on your business, I'm leaving a detailed review for you, the business owner, and others to read. I'm sorry that not everything is unicorns and rainbows about my review, so I'll leave you with a positive note at the end of this that will make you happy. Thanks for agreeing with one of my points in my original post. Even though your sign has been posted, you have employees that lied to me about changing prices due to COVID. If I were going to complain about a haircut I would have gone to supercuts or fantastic sams. Continuing, why would not following COVID guidelines be "scary", it's literally just a guideline that is recommended to follow. If I state that you guys do not follow those guidelines and your response to that is with sarcasm/belittlement there is clearly something about the Covid guidelines that affects you personally. Instead of your emotion filled response, a simple, "I apologize about your past experiences with us and I hope to resolve these issues if they ever come up again" would have been great. The only positive experiences about this place would be the decor (if you're into patches and stuff) and the quality work from the ladies who work here, without them your business would not have as many positive reviews as it does.

My first time here. Not gonna lie. I was skeptical since the last barber shop I took my son to ruined his hair. First they had a very nice woman start but my 3 year old freaked out. I asked for a guy. Not sure why I thought it would work. It did. They gave me Buddy. He was very fast and efficient. I really liked the way it turned out. When I signed in we were 6th in line. It went pretty fast and was seen about 30 min after signing in. Buddy wasn't terrified to work on my son which transferred to my son actually sitting through it. Buddy was patient with him and again very efficient. I'm very picky with my son's fade. The price is extremely reasonable. I thought way too generous I tipped $12. The last place I had taken my son to was double the price and did a very terrible job. Walk in only. I rarely do reviews but this place really deserves one. Def coming back.

The boys just love coming here!! Buddy is very good with the boys, and he always understands what they are looking for, and very patient, also everyone that works there is super nice! First time coming here. I'm usually really picky with who I go to for my haircuts, but since my regular barber has yet to open up because of COVID-19, I decided to take the plunge and get my caveman look shaven off. I asked for Buddy because he seemed to have lots of happy customers based on other Yelp reviews. All I showed him was my Instagram profile photo to reference and after one glance he went for it. Just left this barber shop and I'm super impressed. Loved the old school feel, LOVE the first responder patches on the walls. Hair cut is perfect, in my honest opinion they aren't charging enough for the quality and convenience. Will for sure be back. read more

I Love this spot. Great work by all the barbers here and totally well priced. The taper fade is so on point, they are quick but also make sure its done right. They welcome walk ins which i love because I can never hold myself to an appointment. Best spot I've found so far for me. read more

I have not been in the shop since January 2011. I became Santa at that time and let everything grow on my head, hair beard, etc. With this COVID Virus staying around during this season I am going in to have the hair cut short like I had it pre December 2010. I am looking forward to having my hair with a part once again and looking forward to seeing my barbers again. I am going to have my beard blended into my haircut. read more

This place is 5 /5 worthy! Great staff for over 15 years. I personally have Nick do my hair. He is like a good o'l Barber! He likes to get to know his customers. Good sense of humor too!! I moved to the area 4 years ago and this is has been my barber ever since. Hilda is so great with kids, she cut my 2 year old. She was so patient and interactive with him! She also gave me a fresh taper. Came back after my other son got out of school and went to Buddy for a clean taper. Everyone is great, I have had excellent experiences with Buddy and Hilda every time! Awesome customer service! read more

Absolutely horrible, we asked for a taper and a lineup, the taper was fine but the line up was horrible. The lady didn't clean up after and even when I tried shaving off the hair left it doesn't look good. Don't recommend this place at all read more

UNFRIENDLY PLACE... I walk in for the first time ever, never been here before and not even a friendly hello from the 5-6 people working. Then I sit there for about 10minutes and 2 other people walk in and sign in and I ask if you need to sign in and the response is yeah. Like I am supposed to know their process. I hate shitty people with zero customer services. I guess you have had to come here for a long time to like this junk show. To bad I couldn't give less than a 1 star. Even my 6 year old noticed and said why are we giving them a 1 star when they should have gotten a ZERO. If you don't like being a barber maybe you should do something else. read more

The place is always crowded. They do a fair to good job depending on who cuts your hair, but it's always crowded no matter what time nor what day of the week. They just don't have enough barbers to fill all of their chairs. I used to go there forever but it's gone too crowded with terrible wait times. I started going there 20 years ago when they were in the old location across the street, but not anymore. read more

They didn't line up my son at all and his fade is uneven. I know that nick passed away a few months ago that's why they don't take debit , really should change the name and some other people were hired that aren't really good at being barbers they're more salon people. Used to come here all the time but looks like it's time to find a new barber read more

Worst experience ever. I said I don't like short hair I DON WANT SHORT HAIR VERY CLEARLY so lady would understand that I don't WANT short hair and I end up with hair shorter then 1 inch. My son was nervous about going to a new place to get his hair cut at the very trusting age of 14 he needed his haircut just right. The barbers at this location convienced my son to cut his hair in a different fashion compared to what supercuts was recommending for years. The price was the same as supercuts in the quality of the haircut was much higher as the Barber's paid attention to my son's wants. Great job Nick's barbers. read more

Absolutely LOVE this place. It's great for adults and children. I've been bringing my son here since he was 3 and I refuse to take him anywhere else. The staff is excellent and it's nice and clean. Haircuts are $12.00 which isn't bad and I believe Seniors get a discount. Try to go during the week if you can because on the weekend it's pretty busy especially in the morning but it's worth it! Great location as well, same parking lot as Stater Brothers and Jack in the Box. This place truly is a hidden jewel! read more

Moved to Texas came in to see what the negative reviews were about? Due to being a long time patron. Was greeted sat down and was given a proper haircut by Nick as I have been for some many years now. To complain about atm machine fees vs. having cash on hand is not the shops fault but rather yours. The machine is not free as it does charge like any other convenience relating to cash. I truly miss nick and the gang here in Norco. I think it's a shame that anyone can put anything they want about a business relevant or not. Barbers charge as much as 25 per in Texas let that sink in... read more

The best place to get your hair cut! I have been coming here since the early early 2000s and love coming here. Nick knows how to make you feel welcome. The other barbers are amazing as well! Especially Hilda or what ever her name is. this is how they have fun pretty patedic.. maybe you should look at your own h/c they sure don't look all that great to me. and the owner very sick in the head. ones head should only swell so big before it pops. can't even help somebody but can clown you a make a fool out of you to make himself look good and set a scene for your departure to look like your fault when in all reality it's your game.. Been taking my boys here for awhile now, usually go during the week, they still get pretty packed but they are all pretty good.
