He advised that the scratches were quite bad, but they should be able to wet sand and buff most of the scratches out. He was confident that it was going to be okay. I returned a few hours after dropping my Vehicle off, and it was amazing. I could barely see where the scratches were before. From 20 feet away, I could not see any damage. My experience with body shops have not been good, so I was pretty surprised that the office was relatively clean and each rep had their own desk I could sit and chill as they process my paperwork. The guy hands me an iPad. "What. You want me to play games as I wait?" No. Instead, they had a cute little cartoon thing explaining what will be happening to my vehicle. Not only was I surprises that a body shop would even know what an iPad was (Most I've been to have been pretty low tech), it was a hoot that they went as far as creating cartoon videos to explain to customers what is going on. Got my car looked at and made an appointment to come back and drop it off for repair. When I dropped off my car, the AutoMind rep also showed me how I can use my iPhone to see the photos of my car and see what stage my car is at in their shop. Then they had someone from Enterprise pick me up to get my temporary car. Got a car I've wanted to try out for a few days. When I went back to pick up my car, more paperwork and another iPad cartoon telling me something about my warrantee. I checked over the work. Couldn't tell I got hit (Guess that means a good job). And they also vacuumed and cleaned the interior of my car (With 2 kids, it had gotten mighty dirty with pieces of stuck dried fruit in various locations). The work was pretty good, and those cartoons were pretty funny. What got me was the fact that they put in a lot of effort and tech stuff into the customer side, with the cartoons and the iPhone login thing to look at my car. All in all, it was a pretty smooth and funny experience. But it still sucks that you need to pay the deductible for something that you didn't do...

Picked up a used car recently and a door ding on the driver's side front fender just bothered me…read moreevery time I got in and out of my car. A friend referred me to Vancouver Dent Pro for some PDR and frankly I wasn't sure if it could be fixed without painting as there was a bit of a scuff on the ding. My Subaru has a pearl coat and I really didnt want to go through the hassle of trying to find a shop that would perfectly match the factory paint. Not only that but the previous owner told me that this dent had been there for years and just hadn't bothered to fix it as he works at a mall where the risk of door dings would be higher. Vancouver Dent Pro was incredibly easy to deal with. I took a few pictures, texted it over to him and 24 hours later he's at my office parking lot ready to work on my car. Not only did he get the ding out so the surface is smooth but he also wetsanded and polished it so that the previous damage was completely reversed! (Actually I would say that after the fix the fender he worked on makes every other panel of my car look like crap haha ) Overall I really can't say enough about Pak and Vancouver Dent Pro. I've dealt with so many businesses over the years and the general rule of thumb is that you only get to pick 2 out of the 3: speed/convenience, good pricing, and quality work. I am so glad I picked these guys to fix my fender as I genuinely got all 3: the car was fixed less than a day after I contacted them, it was well within what I had budgeted, and the work was nothing short of perfection. As a side note, one of my colleagues had a major dent from when a tree fell on his hood and the quote Vancouver Dent Pro gave us was significanly cheaper than picking up a hood from a junk yard or getting the work fixed by a traditional body shop. Whether we're talking about a dime sized dent or a hulk smashed door, I would be confident in recommending the services of these guys to get your car looking new again at the fraction or the cost of traditional body work. I gave up finally... The problem with this shop was they actually never removed the dent they just kept on painting over it...thats right, they actually just painted over the dent.. Well it has nice and smooth and the paint matched but the dent was still there which was the size of a pie like 8-10in round.... I took the car to ICBC to complain about it, they had me take it to another body shop which fixed it the correct way, and ICBC sent False Creek the bill.... They never once tried to contact me to fix the problem... So I really suggest you shop around before you get you car repaired.
