Financially I was able to pair his fee with a slightly higher deductible plan at work. He's definitely not a 1 star doc and he is trying his best to be a 5 star. To me, Dr. Joffee is a 2 star only because I have seen better, thats all. In my opinion, to most he is probably a 3-4 stars.
