"I highly recommend her," she said. "My entire family goes to Dr. Armani, not just recently, but for over 20 year." Very impressive - I thought. Immediately, I scheduled an appointment. That was very easy, efficient and quick. It was almost too good to be true (but it is). This charming, beautiful lady took my blood for overnight analysis, listened to me, found my medical history, diagnosed my issues properly and started me off on treatments that made sense. I did not even realize I was in serious trouble. But she did. However, she attacked with such gentle care as a healer, which to me is much more than just a doctor. She gained my trust simply by listening and applying her knowledge with an extreme purpose, bringing me out of an extreme condition into health over the last six months with care and follow through touch. Dr. Armani went above and beyond trying medications and providing me an ability to get out of the hopelessness. She is truly the doctor and healer you want to have, not only by your side but leading you to healthy life. Dr asked me to redo my blood work at her office. I made a 945am appt. I reached there at 940am after fasting for 14 hours. My paperwork was all done online. They didn't see me until 1040am. They make a diabetic fast, and then don't even see him on time. Shame! The doctor is great. The office sucks. I'm never going into that office again if I can avoid it.

Well, OMG, I finally found an Internal Medicine doctor in Virginia that I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Dr. Roma Sowah is part of the INOVA Internal Medicine medical group - their office is located off of Elm St in McLean, and parking is a breeze as there are plenty of street parking available. The office is located on the 7th floor, and the clinic itself is bright, clean, and cheery, with ample amount of hand sanitizers on each table :D There is also a mini fridge with little Geyser water bottles for you to hydrate yourself on. The receptionist was friendly, and filling out the paperwork was a breeze. Dr. Sowah actually came out to introduce herself and the whole exam was wonderful (considering it's a medical appointment!) - Dr. Sowah was very nice, informative, took her time in answering and asking very thorough questions, did not rush, never made me feel ashamed for asking all my crazy number of questions, very organized, and very intelligent! She has awesome bedside manner, is gentle, and very detail-oriented. I've been a patient of Dr. Reddy going back to about 1998 when Dr. Reddy took over a practice from a retiring doctor. I was 29 years old. Starting with our first few appointments, Dr. Reddy spent so much time to understand my current and past health, I was almost concerned I was his only patient. Of course I was not his only patient, that's just how Dr. Reddy works, and he works hard long hours. I'm a complex patient with a variety of health issues requiring many different specialists who have performed countless surgeries. Dr. Reddy has been indispensable with his specialist recommendations. Dr. Reddy talks to the other specialists involved in my care, so they all work together to develop a cohesive plan for my health care and to ensure no risks aren't understood and mitigated where possible. Fast forward to 2026 and now I'm 56 years old and in better health now than back in 1998. He has always given me honest to the point advice on how to improve my health and encouraged me as much as any professional can. He helped me set and meet goals. He also holds me to the fire when I could be making better choices. Dr. Reddy communication style is friendly and warm, inquisitive and compassionate. He seems to be always learning and keeping his medical skills fresh with the latest and greatest medical advancements, even 27 years later. Thankfully for his own life -and family, he has recently become a concierge Doctor which for me is even better! No matter what, with Dr. Reddy, every patient is important, the details matter, patient comfort and trust matters.
