Fortunately Dr. Armani's name came up as a result in November of 2024 with my very trusted dental hygienist. "I highly recommend her," she said. "My entire family goes to Dr. Armani, not just recently, but for over 20 year." Very impressive - I thought. Immediately, I scheduled an appointment. That was very easy, efficient and quick. It was almost too good to be true (but it is). This charming, beautiful lady took my blood for overnight analysis, listened to me, found my medical history, diagnosed my issues properly and started me off on treatments that made sense. I did not even realize I was in serious trouble. But she did. However, she attacked with such gentle care as a healer, which to me is much more than just a doctor. She gained my trust simply by listening and applying her knowledge with an extreme purpose, bringing me out of an extreme condition into health over the last six months with care and follow through touch. Dr. Armani went above and beyond trying medications and providing me an ability to get out of the hopelessness. She is truly the doctor and healer you want to have, not only by your side but leading you to healthy life. She respects who you are and what you are going through but her actions speak louder than words. Dr. Armani has my trust and respect. I went to Dr. Armani's office for the first time in December and she was great! She was super quick to ensure that I got the exact lab work I needed and reacted to it immediately. Dr. Armani is truly the best family doctor in NOVA. I have been a patient for almost 10 years! She is knowledgeable, has friendly bedside manner as well as friendly staff. I always leave each and every appointment with all my questions answered. The clinic is in a old and dark house, which is fine. The front desk lady is kind, but she and the doctor are the only two people running the clinic, so the phone kept on ringing when I was waiting to be called for my appointment, and she had to keep callers on hold due to lack of staff. Again, she is a nice lady but the office is very under-staffed. The meeting with the doctor was very rushed, and I felt very uncomfortable to speak up about anything. I had a list of blood exams that I wanted to do on my phone, so I was reading them to her and she just said 'give me your phone and I'll look at it." She took a glance and I highly doubt that she remembered everything, in the end, I don't know what tests she decided to run. I asked for a particular test and she insisted that I do not get it and the next thing I know, she was ushering me out the door. She didn't say bye and was calling "next" to the patients in the waiting room. I had to ask the front desk person, is my visit over? I generally never write reviews and do not desire emotionality or unfairness in my description. However, I do not want others to have the same experience as I have. I suppose one may call the doctor very efficient, but I wish she took the time to smile, to let me breathe, to actually look at me and hear my requests, to hear why I'm going to the clinic. I'm going to another clinic to finish what she did not finish doing for me. I hope the readers of this review the best experience in their doctor visits! :) read more

I have had the pleasure of observing and working side by side with Dr. Armani as her intern and I can truly say I have never been so amazed with her ability to provide exceptional care; it is rare to find a doctor nowadays that actually will take the time to listen to a patient and provide patient centered care. She is extremely knowledgeable and is great at explaining medical jargon to her patients. In addition she is quite accommodating and is intuitive when it comes to differential diagnoses. I've had my share of doctors, and they always seem to be the ones who don't like to listen to their patients- they just like to re diagnose everything which inevitably leaves me frustrated and angry. Dr Armani is NOT one of those doctors. I came to her 1st because she is close to both my husbands and my works, and she takes my insurance. I came w/ a pre existing condition and need for a prescription refill for it. I arrived at her tiny house/office a bit early. Her waiting room is very comfy and warm and her receptionist is so so nice. I waited about 5 minutes after I was checked in to be seen. I was extremely nervous that this was going to go how many of my previous doctors appts had gone, that when it didn't I was almost speechless. She actually read the medical records I had had sent over. She prescribed me my medication at my previous dosage and explained that she was going to take some blood to see if that dosage needed to be changed. She was very to the point and no nonsense. Also I really enjoyed that she distracted me so much by asking me how my experiences w/ my condition have been that I didn't feel her taking 3 vials of blood. I was so floored that she listened to my concerns and answered all my questions thy I must've sounded like a blithering idiot w/ how much I was stumbling over my own words. She had me return when my results came back, made the adjustments to my medication, asked how I felt, and sent me on my way. I feel the best I have in a while. Found this doctor on zocdoc and booked online. I felt compelled to "doc" (no pun intended) this review due to the extremely hard time finding the place! After several times passing the (unmarked) address, had to call the receptionist to tell her that: a) I was lost, and b) could I get some better directions? This place is VERY hard to find if you do not know EXACTLY where to look! Call first before you go since mapquest/GPS won't be of any help! The doctor herself was pleasant, helpful and professional. I would recommend for anyone not needing the services of a specialist. read more

I am a 56+ female taking a leave of absence to care for an ill family member. Needless to say. In my 25 years working in an office setting for perhaps 4 MD's since 1999. I have enormous respect for the dedication, selflessness, and for the most part truly caring about the well being of the patient as well as the patients family. Dr. Armani has the compassion, caring, as well as a calming , and reassuring the overly upset patients. Who aren't as knowledgeable. They need that reminder that Dr Armani will not minimize conditions. When need be. ( i.e. worst case scenarios). She does however assure patients who need reassurance. Knowing if they are freaking out. DR. ARMANI will help clam the patient. Providing reassurance when necessary. I my self need constant reassure for things I know as a nurse. However, Dr Armani is so patient and kind with all us white coat syndrome patients. Yes, there are a fair number of us that suffer the same exact symptoms. Myself and other Healthcare providers experience many of the same symptoms as the general population. Dr Armani is the creme dele creme with her Compassion. Not a place for those requiring practical, up-to-date, common sense medical services. Too many instances for which we had to battle with Dr Armani to get proper medical attention for my grandmother. Additionally, they've made it very difficult to leave this office, relying on the bureaucracy of the healthcare system to hold up transferring to a more appropriate facility. read more

The practice is located in a dark, depressing 1950's house. Dr Armani likes to sit in a large, upholstered armchair in the exam room, while she has the patient sit on the end of a somewhat high exam table during the very brief time she spends taking a history, or discussing health issues. It felt awkward and uncomfortable. She just wasn't really interested in being there. She talked over me when I tried to tell her anything. After my initial visit, I retrieved my medical records and went to another primary care doctor. This woman treats her practice like a hobby she's bored with. Don't waste your time. read more
