Cynthia (the manager) was terrible to work with and is unorganized. I thought she was just giving me attitude but she was ugly towards everyone who interacted with her. The venue is dated, curtains stained, carpet stained, the front lobby was used as storage for junk. Not very inviting for guests to walk in to. I will say this venue was nostalgic for me, it's an old movie theater that I use to go to in high school. The arcade games are still there which is so cool. Staff for the venue are great. They went above and beyond. I'd book there again if I didn't have to interact with Cynthia. Proceed with caution.

We worked with Edna and at first it was fine but then over time she became harder to work with, she was disrespectful, rude, and at times talks bad about people who she promotes. The floors were a lovely wood and looked nice and they told us they were redoing the area, and she said to us that it would be new floors and center piece designs along with the bar being put in a different corner when we came to check in a couple Months later the floors were tile and uneven and they didn't look great at all. She was rude to the grooms mother when she was trying to plan everything. If I could go back I would have chosen a different place.

When I came to Jupiter Garden for a tour back in March 2024. I felt like it was the right place. We looked at many places, but this place fit our budget. I worked with Amber Williams, who coordinated everything, with which I had a great experience. She was with me every step of the way in planning. She went out of her way to get me information on anything I asked about. My wedding date was set for October 12, 2024. Everything ran smoothly up until a week and a half before my date. I received a call from Terry Badmus (the owner) stating that they let her go, which I was disappointed about. It's a business, and things happen. What I didn't like was that it seemed that I had to start my contract from scratch. I had received a text saying that I had a remaining balance, but everything was paid in full months before. I had to have an additional meeting with the owner to go over my whole contract. During this meeting, I was told I didn't have enough servers, had to pay additional for that, and was told one of the rooms we had was an additional 800. We opted out due to that additional charge not being part of the budget, and we still had catering, photographers, and videographers to pay for. And he was a bit unprofessional when it came to Amber. I didn't appreciate his berating of her service provided when I had a wonderful experience with her. He had another young lady take over for Amber. The young lady's name is Hiqmah, and although very nice, she dressed unprofessionally for our first meeting with the owner for the final walk-through as well as on the day of my wedding. On the rehearsal/setup day, we had to unexpectedly share that time with another bride and her family. It was frustrating because it was my time, and we got double booked. On the wedding day, we ran into some issues with tables and chairs for my guests, but the staff worked well to fix the issues before the guests arrived. Overall, my wedding was a success! The wedding ceremony took place in the garden courtyard, and the reception was inside. Pros: Decorum is included, and you get to pick what you want; it's spacious and accommodating for up to 200 persons; you can bring in your own food and or catering; you can do any additional decorations you want; staff was friendly and accommodating; dressing rooms were nice but could use a slight update. Cons: no kitchen, fridge, etc.; not many restrooms for a lot of guests; restrooms need an update.

All our options were explained and since we had already signed our waivers online the kids were helped into harnesses. A staff member walked through the safety video and had the kids repeat portions back to ensure they listened. I was pleased to find I was able to follow them around the gym to encourage them and take photos - even though I was not climbing. The kids are required to climb (3) walls to the ceiling before they could obtain a star on their wristband and be given access to the ropes course. This is an important milestone to complete fully, no cheating and no lying. The ropes course is high and requires height and bravery. The few tables for parents to sit watch were positioned just right and the bathrooms were clean and visible so I could watch my kids enter and exit. The 2hr time limit was actually just right, we didn't need any longer. My kiddos had fun, but all agreed they wouldn't want to come back without friends. The price is steep for 2 hours of play, so if you think you'll be a regular I suggest the pass.

The newly married couple arrived from the UK a few days in advance of the party, but both of them came down with Covid. Needless to say, we had to cancel the party, and all of us were devastated! But Vaibhav from the Glitz was great and gave us a credit for the full amount that could be used if we rebooked the party within a year. Nearly a year later, we finally pulled off the event. We had to wait for him to set up tables so we could start decorating. Some of the tablecloths had stains on them, probably from night before. The chargers they used were dirty, we had to wash food off several of them. To top it off, he was rude. Not apologizing or trying to make things right. He was supposed to come back and mop before guests showed up cause the floors were disgusting and decided to show up Late when our guests were there and tried to mop....we told him to forget it... He isn't moping around guest. Not one time Did he apologize or make things right. He would be mad or fling his hands. He even showed the venue to 2 or 3 People while we were trying to decorate. Making them promises of stuff he would do, that he did not do for us. When you rent a venue, you expect to walk in and it be clean and ready for you to use. That was definitely not the case!
