Sand traps are inconsistent and seem neglected. Fairways are cut short and limited thick grass and DRY - greens are hard to judge because of inconsistent grass growth. Not a good venue to test your skills. Also if your not in the Fairway your going to play boggy golf.

Which honestly if we had been attempting to navigate the rough terrain with a decent cart we would've been tossed out. IF there was water to clean your ball, it smelt like sewer water as though it had never been changed. The beverage cart system wasn't working so no service there.... For a mediocre hole layout, awful terrain, used and abused carts, lack of basic services and zero customer service.... the price is extreme.

The gate keepers are friendly and wave as you drive through. The staff somehow knows the names of all their guests and greet you by last name. It is very formal yet they treat you like family. The gym is clean and full of all the equipment you may need for a good workout. The locker rooms are fresh and clean and if you're lucky you can have your own assigned locker for an additional monthly fee. They offer a tennis member option and golf member option. My family were tennis members and after another year and some months, were able to move up to the golf membership. Both options give you full privileges to the pool membership. The families here are so friendly too. The kids have made great friends here. I feel safe to relax and not worry about the kids safety here at all. They have family fun events here often and we seem to spend a lot of time here.

Almost immediately after she walked away to get the key to the nursing room a male employee offered to walk me down to the room so I didn't have to search for it. After nursing and returning up top, a 3rd employee was beginning to clean up the catered food and asked me "I know you had to go down to the nursing room earlier and I wanted to make sure you had a chance to make a plate? I can make one for you if not". When we were getting ready to leave, we stopped by the upstairs bar and asked for a manager to pass along our compliments and had a lovely conversation with Carlyn (not sure the spelling). I'm overwhelmed with the kindness and thoughtfulness this entire staff showed me today as a freshly postpartum, nursing mother. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Nearly every hole had a backup, and by the end of the round it felt like we were watching putt-putt rather than playing it. What really stands out is that this doesn't seem like a one-time issue. After reading other reviews, I found plenty of people describing the same problems: overcrowding, constant bottlenecks, and long waits between shots. When the same complaint keeps appearing, it's no longer an issue of bad luck, it's clearly a management problem. What's most frustrating is that I've seen Puttshack get this right. The Downtown Atlanta location was busy too, but groups kept moving and the course flowed smoothly. Here, it felt like management kept packing more people into the venue without any concern for the actual guest experience, I mean the whole course moved like rush-hour traffic. Another important note would be the attentiveness of the staff. Even on a Saturday, at 3pm mind you, the lower bar was empty when we walked in, and the staff of three at the upper bar seemed to have issues managing a line consisting of two. I nearly waited 5 minutes for even an acknowledgement, which is not the kind of experience you'd expect BEFORE the evening rush. The technology and courses themselves are great, but that's hard to appreciate when you're spending most of your time waiting for the group ahead of you. For the price, I expected a lot better. Until they address the overcrowding, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Life is too short to spend it waiting in line between putts.
