Peter's staff was so nice and helpful. This venue is all inclusive and includes the DJ, food, flowers/center pieces, etc. We got married outside in the gazebo and it was just perfect. The sun faces the gazebo in the late afternoon/early evening, so it wasn't too cold, even though it was only 55 degrees outside! I would HIGHLY recommend this wedding venue (the capacity of guests is 110, so if you need a large place, Peter's family also owns a larger wedding venue - I think the name of it is Double D Ranch). She met me at the event location and discussed setup. The event location had indoor and outdoor options, so she and Chef Zach came up with setup options in case there was weather. Occasions catering provides an all inclusive option which was perfect for me since I live out of town. The table decorations were beautiful and the food was outstanding. Chef Zach prepared a prime rib dinner for 60 and the prime rib was far better than any I have ever eaten at any restaurant. The sides and desserts were equally as delicious. I am not easily impressed and Occasions far exceeded my expectations. My guests were still bragging on the rehearsal dinner at the wedding.

It was a Mexican wedding that we attended and I do believe the event hall caters to such events. The signs around the place; on the doors and in the restroom were all written in Spanish. Overall, I thought it was a nice place. Not super huge, but a good size. The ceilings were pretty low, which I believe made it look smaller. Nice dancefloor, and they even had a little room that extends back to set up a band if you chose to hire one. They had a separate room that was pretty small to set up the food. And they also had an area to set up your bar. I do believe there was another room right next door to hold events as well because when the music in the event I was at would quiet down, I could loudly hear the music from next door.

The space is clean and bright - except we closed the shades for a slide show - and the kitchen was quite adequate for the caterers we had hired. Smith and Juliet couldn't have been nicer and clearly are committed to being as responsive and efficient as possible.

The facility accommodates a variety of meetings, get togethers, and workspace needs. We set up tables and chairs in a U-shape, lowered the screen, projected a slide show, had a presentation and a network meeting. There was a separate kitchen area where people could get coffee or water. Someone brought bagels, but it looked like you could do more in the kitchen space should you want to. There were a variety of tables and chairs grouped together throughout the facility creating unique rooms such as a cafe, bar, lounge, and general workspace. If you needed an office or conference room, you could certainly hold it here. I have no idea what the price is for the space. It seems they are missing out on an opportunity to get this information to people visiting. It seems like they should have a large price board advertising this or at the very least require groups meeting here to mention this. In all fairness, they did have a reception area at the front that ai breezed past because it was so early. No one was staffing the area at 7am. This place had a very casual, playful, and informal feel to it. I could imagine renting it out for other group meetings and events. They seem to have all of the basics covered.

Incredible facility! We rented a large seminar room for our team's all day strategic retreat. The…read moremanager was incredibly easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our experience good. We had a photographer come in for headshots and pretty much had the run of the facility. We also did a guacamole making competition as a team build activity. She let our facilitator come in the evening before to do set up. Tech was good, the space worked for our needs and all in all we loved it. One cool additional feature they could add sometime in the future would be an ice machine and a filtered water spigot at the sink. These are small things that would only elevate the space even more.
