Dennis said they were waiting on a part For 50 days with no eta. Asked Dennis to fax me the estimate and circle the missing part #. When I received the missing part #, I called and found the missing part, in stock, at 8 Jeep dealers in the country. I called Dennis and advised the closest dealer. He told me that was not the correct part # even though he circled the number on the estimate. Called again and found the part a 6 dealers in the country. Jeep has a national data base for parts. I found both parts in 1 hour. Why didn't Tyler do this? Had to get Chrysler involved to get Tyler moving. Once I told them where to get the part, the repair took 38 days. I have rental car coverage for 45 days. Because of the delay, I was $1800.00 out of pocket for a rental car. Chrysler reimbursed $1200.00. Picked up the car and noticed the hood was not aligned properly. Took it back 2 times to get the problem fixes. Never fixed properly. Last visit Dennis said "what do you want me to do?" I said fix the hood. I had to take the Jeep to another Jeep dealer who fixes the hood and Chrysler paid. I am the car owners brother-in-law who handled the repair

I personally know this guy, and he has no knowledge or experience in painting, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tinting. He will request a deposit, take your car, and park it at someone else's house for months on end. He will then fabricate a ridiculous story about why he couldn't complete the service you paid for. This individual is a con artist, a thief, and a liar, not only to strangers but also to his own family. A few years ago, he partnered with a detailing company, but that business also failed. This past winter I lost traction pulling into my driveway and slid into the garage door, leaving a vertical dent and a large gap between the fender and the fender flare. I was determined to preserve the original paint and avoid body filler, so I called Wes. Even he wasn't sure at first if it could be fixed. A little while later I got a text from him with a progress photo--the dent was coming out. When he finished, the damage was completely gone. The factory paint is still intact and looks perfect.
