But they didn't replace it with pressure treated lumber. i wanted to paint the regular 2 x 4 to protect it and make it look better, but they said they had to install it and there was no time to paint it. They could have dropped it off the day before so Icould have painted it.

There were other miscellaneous repairs/projects that he completed at my home. I've had a major problem with birds constantly building a nest on top of my stucco post in front of my front door. He custom built a metal netting, painted it, and installed it on top of the post to deter the birds from building any more nests. It was awesome! Brad is someone who can custom build or repair almost anything. He's meticulous, always aiming for perfection, and makes sure you're happy with the outcome. When alerted to the problem, he was so rude & mean denying any responsibility. his true character came thru. he started throwing accusations about the electrician. I made phone calls to L & I about this guy. Had I known who Home Depot was hiring to do the installation, I wouldn't have gone with them. I'm pursuing this thru his insurance. I never received an apology from Rufus, he's not a good guy!
