We have a winery/tasting room in the Red Mountain AVA and needed to pave a 1200ft driveway. I had four bids. The Tri-Cities Asphalt guys weren't the least expensive, but they had the best reputation with the Benton County road inspectors. Give these guys a shot at bidding your job. They work long hours to get your job done quickly, have nice equipment for a high quality finished road/parking lot, and do a great job of treating your job as if it was their own (clean lines, straight paint, and pick up after themselves).

Great material, good bid, but some…read moreinstallation issues - the jibber-jabber crew paid more attention to the mariachi noise coming out of their boom box than the quality of their work. The ridge vent, which was not needed, was cut free-hand rather than striking a line to follow, consequently the opening was cut too wide in places, which meant the staples on some of the capping pieces didn't have anything but air to go into and so some didn't form to the roofline. On the bright side, when I called Palmers about this, it was immediately addressed with adhesive between the caps, but this shouldn't have been necessary, and the staples are still in nothing but air. Also, the crew removed some facia pieces and didn't replace them - I did. So, from my experience, I would say that Palmers is a good contractor but should train their crews better - just because something is out of sight doesn't mean it's not important to do a good and correct job.

Called numerous times (trying to get through AI assistant crap) and emailed multiple times asking for proper invoice so can submit to insurance. No response, invoice just says "Roof Repair" and doesn't list what was actually done. Doesn't even list their business address, phone number, contact information etc, so insurance won't pay. They are trying to be slick and high tech to avoid having to actually deal with a customer.
