There were other miscellaneous repairs/projects that he completed at my home. I've had a major problem with birds constantly building a nest on top of my stucco post in front of my front door. He custom built a metal netting, painted it, and installed it on top of the post to deter the birds from building any more nests. It was awesome! Brad is someone who can custom build or repair almost anything. He's meticulous, always aiming for perfection, and makes sure you're happy with the outcome. He also checked a second gate and tightened the latch screws. Andrew recommended that the latches be replaced as they can come off again due to the wear and tear. He texted me pictures of latches that were similar to mine and said he would come back to put them on without charge. I let him know that I had purchased the new latches and he set up an appointment to install them. He was prompt and professional and showed up when he said he would.
