Queen Nails was my first time getting my nails done at a salon, as I always do them myself, but I wanted something really special for prom and graduation. I wanted nude stiletto nails, but not too long, and that's what I got! The only negative thing was that halfway through my nails getting done, my nail lady (young, and spoke perfect English) had to go do someone else's nails and a new lady started working on my nails - and she didn't speak English very well. It was somewhat awkward and hard to understand what she was saying. But I feel like that didn't take a lot away from my overall experience and both women did an excellent job on my nails! I was scared of them breaking off, but they stayed on for a LONG time. I got them done around June 25th, and I finally had to take them all off somewhere around July 24th.. that's a long time! I work on a farm/ranch, so you can understand why I was worried about them coming off after prom. They held up really well and finally one nail ripped when I was working with a horse who pulled a lead rope so hard to the point it broke my nail. That was 3+ weeks after they were done. If I had grabbed the lead a different way, the nails would've been perfect for weeks longer. I'm really impressed with this place, and when I need my nails done for a big event again, I will definitely be coming back here.

I got mediocre service but it was the only place I knew. The last time I went I got a pedicure and the lady used those foot scrappers. The scapper was clearly broken but she kept attempting to use it on me. Then it cut a big junk of skin out of my heel and I started to bleed everywhere. They did not have proper first aid supplies to bandage me up. And only God knows if and how they sterilized that tool afterwards. Also it was my birthday the next day and I had a part To make matters even worse, when I went to pay the lady knowing fully well what had happen tried to charge me full price. I said "but you cut my foot" she like oh okay $5 off. Honestly I should have gotten it for free but I was in a rush as my friend from Toronto just came in and waited for me. I visited a few weeks back and got the Thai Table Massage from Poon and it was truly the best massage of my life! It is a mix of massage and stretching and I felt so refreshed after. I will certainly be back to try every service on the list!
