I'll post my old manicure and the most recent one for comparison! Pedicures are great, they take their time and truly make sure your feet are perfect. I recommend making an appointment. I'm sorry I did not take a picture. Hardwood floors, hardwood everywhere, smells amazing not chemically , crystal chandeliers, nice wide black leather seats, super clean. If you go for the spa pedicure pay for the extra massage you will thank me later. Really sweet staff as well. Highly recommend and just to add the extra nudge I am can be high maintenance when it comes to pedicures/massage so a five-star from me is High Praise!

It took an hour here because the staff member (Mary I believe) was so unskilled and poorly trained. She scraped the old shellac with so much force it was painful and she also ripped off half a nail, which is now damaged and sore. She also cut two of my cuticles, one of which is still very painful and red. Her shellac application was pretty messy and she filed my nails at odd angles. I regret leaving a tip because I feel like I rewarded her. I would avoid this place, or at least make sure you don't book with Mary.

In the front, there are again 8-10 nail stations. The staff are lovely, greeted with a smile from everyone upon arriving. I chose my colours and went to the back. After my pedi and an episode of Holmes on Homes I headed to the front for my mani. There is another TV in the front, the news was on which was kind of nice. On one wall though, they have a huge wall unit, the top half has OPI nail polishes, and the bottom half has little kits with nail files, buffers and other instruments with customers names on the boxes! Super cute and a nice touch - saves money and ensures your return customers are taken care of. Very clean place, as I was one of the last booked customers for the day I watched as a few staff cleaned up their stations - incredibly thorough! I've already booked my next visit and look forward to going back :)
