Even when Top Nails opened up their second location, I followed Tracy because she very good at mani and pedi's. I always got dip powder and a regular pedi and she never disappointed me. Always kind and professional, the employees always refer to you as "my dear". I never had any issues with Tracy or others, I wish that I could've packed them up and brought them to the States lol. The new location at 500 bank street is clean and quiet - whether a day of self-care or a long work day anyone would appreciate that type of ambiance. She saw my nails were brittle and recommended the dip method to provide a stronger covering until my nails grew back. Even before the dip, she agreed to do an extra coat of top coat for the shellac which makes it lasts longer. Happy to have found this place. The location is big with lots of tables and staff so they can serve fairly fast even if you don't have an appointment.

We were given wrist bands that allowed us to have in and out privileges for our two night stay Totally amazing!!! We went twice during the day and at night Night is definitely busier vibe so heads up We went early morning and if you want a more chill vibe ...then go during this time We really took in the spa this time hitting the salt room Soooo relaxing in there We did some saunas and hot tubs and steam rooms My hubby did a few rituals to sweat it out and did the salt scrub as well Overall the price and quality are soooo worth it and I totally want to come back again here!!!

We enjoyed the hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas and the salt room I did two rituals in the sauna and completely survived them on both occasions The staff there are super chill and friendly We ended up eating at the bistro as well for dinner one evening Food is super good We had the med bowl, hummus board and I had the turkey croissant sandwich The quality there is more than what they charge...smaller than somewhere like Thermea but totally worth it Of note....expect it to be busy in the evenings That's their busy time and I can only imagine what it's like on weekends We will definitely come back to this gem of a spa that we found

As we walked out to pay she was talking about us in Vietnamese and little did she know but we were Vietnamese and understood what she said. She made a rude comment about my girlfriends image.
