I called the salon at 12:00 to make an appointment for both myself and my Bestie. They gave me a time (3:30pm) and while I was had them on the phone I had a few questions.. Welp the lady who I was speaking to hung up on my mid question.. Turned off by this , I went against my better judgment and decided to keep my appointment as I deserved a little pampering :) We showed up the the appointment early (3:15) and the place was packed, they had overbooked themselves (which was expected with Christmas in a week and them accepting walk ins) so we patiently waited for our turn. My manicure experience was greatly lacking, the lady was kind and showed interest in my pregnancy but went on to pretend to cut my cuticles with a little file and then onto the shellac. She took her time applying many layers to get the rich red I was going for, which I appreciated but once it was complete (And I was sat patiently waiting for my friend to be finished) there I realized I had nail polish on the bottom of almost every finger.. so I sat there removing the polish and also noticed a few blemished (but decided to not complain) Once I got home I realized the amount of bumps/bubbles and spots missing the "top coat". The following day I woke up only to realize my middle finger had chipped and started to crack. Im extremely disappointed with the service.. considering I paid 40$ before tip.. also note I live out of town and travelled 35 minutes to make this appointment... I'm now one day away from my "due date" and have the decide if I want to risk driving the 35 minutes to get the one horrid nail fixed.. suuuuper unimpressed!! I would NOT recommend going to thIs establishment, especially during busy seasons..

My friend recommended this place to me after I had a bad shellac manicure at another nail salon. I…read morewalked in with my shellac in shambles, and they fixed me up right away. They were mildly insulted at the state of my nails and demanded who had done to this me. Everyone who works there is awesome, Everyone's friendly, chatty, and the two times I've been there now, the conversation has run the full gamut. The second time I went, I decided to get a full set of acrylics done because my fingernails kept breaking and peeling. It only cost 35 dollars, which I found to be a pretty low price. One thing to keep in mind is that even though you can use the debit/credit machine to pay for the work done, they do prefer that tips to the various nail technicians be given in cash. I myself try to tip the way I would a good waiter in a restaurant, though I don't generally know what is thought of as customary. I'm a 20% girl most times. They will make suggestions and may try to upsell a bit, but stand firm on what you want done. These are your hands, and they'll go along with what it is you want in the end. SO far, both times I've gone, I've been incredibly satisfied and pleased with the service and quality of craftmanship there. The place is very sanitary, bright and sunny, and the bathrooms are clean as well. It has a hair salon/barbershop type of feel to it, and all the customers usually end up chatting with one another as well. Friendliness REALLY goes a long way.

She actually cut my skin, as usually they speak in Chinese between them, she did not reply and kept saying okay okay. The next I had a big infection( fungus) I took antibiotic pills and cream. my thumb lost its original nai. I believe their stuff are not sterilized and also they use unprofessional staff.I will rate them in minus. Close the salon and get enough training.
