I come here for eye brow threading and she does a great job of shaping it. I'm very picky on who threads my eyebrows but I always get great service here and she's quick too! You can do a walk in for the eyebrow threading. Unsure on haircuts as I haven't gotten one here. read more

The worst possible customer service. When I entered to get a haircut the woman looked at me like "why are you here? Who are you"? The ln after telling her I want haircut she makes me sit 10 min and has no interest and goes in back. Till I have to say "anyone here" and then owner comes asking rudely "what do you want?" .. followed by "we don't do haircuts today, come back Monday". Awful place read more

Went for a walk-in on Wednesday around 2 pm and was seated immediately. I usually do not like going to salons because no one seems to follow my requests for my desired hair cut. It was satisfying to have someone finally take their time and listen to what I wanted. I have short straight Asian hair, which my stylist Fran was able cut exactly how I liked. She was nice, making conversation but not so much that distracts both the customer and the stylist. Even after the haircut was done and I was still concerned about a certain portion, she went back and cut until I was satisfied. For $20 plus tip I got a basic cut. Would definitely return. read more

This place is awesome. I've been looking for someone who knows how to cut Asian hair. I'm a Korean male, and I want somewhat long hair. But, no one seems to understand the way I want it. The lady that cut my hair was very nice and I was seated quickly. However she absolutely butchered my hair. I asked for a clean trim on the sides with extra length on the top to style. She cut it way too short on the sides and in the top. I told her I wanted it long enough so I'd be able to style it on top. It's so short I can't curl it or do anything with it for that matter, it just sticks up and looks like bed head 24/7. Worst haircut i've ever been given. I could have done this myself with no mirror. Barely used clippers and it was like a 10 minute cut, did not take her time at all. Also when shaping my hairline around the ears she messed up and there is just a line of cut hair by my ear. I don't mind waiting a few days to be served during business hours. I went to this place to get a trim. The cut seemed fine, but as soon as I got to my car I noticed that the lady who cut my hair botched it just behind my right ear. Rather than risk having her mess it up further, I asked if Fran could fix it. At first Fran said she couldn't really fix it (already a questionable statement from a so called hair stylist), but she then said she could try and proceeded to make the nick even worse. After voicing my displeasure and asking for a refund, Fran looked at me and point blank said "I can't give you a refund, it's a small nick and will grow back in 2 weeks." Of course it's small for her when she's not the one who has to keep a messed up head of hair for 2 weeks. After repeatedly voicing my displeasure, Fran stated that "The furthest I will go is to give you a 50% refund" and refused to budge. I took the 50% back, but still in the end paid $7.50 for someone to mess up my hair. Afterwards, I ended up going to Mia and Maxx at Oaks Mall and was seen by Melissa. Without even saying much, she noticed the botch right away and was horrified. Thankfully she was able to fix it so that the botch wasn't so obvious. Avoid Nice Cuts at all costs. Beth did an absolutely phenomenal job cutting his hair. We were both very impressed. I wanted something new, fun, and short. Wendy did my hair and I am so pleased with how it turned out.
