The owner and his son just showed up to check a washer my friend was blessed with, from the church, cuz it is making a horrendous noise. He walked in with an attitude & his son. Went to the washer turned knobs. Didn't let the washer run, turned to my friend & said, "you should be happy with blessings!" I asked him why he is disrespecting a person in their private home. His reply, "oh, God" Also said he doesn't appreciate me being there as her witness & the church is going to hear about this. Then threatened my friend with, "I'll just take it! Either keep it or I'll take it!" Rudest people I have met. The "great washer" also has the safety feature on the lid, to stop the washer when raised, was removed! I would not recommend this place, they are not so nice. I bought a washing machine for over $300 As soon as they left I tried using the gentle cycle it made weird noises and it would not rinse and spin at all, so many issues on so many other levels to much to text. I have had it approximately a little over a month and it totally stop working on a normal cycle it ended up dropping water all over My laundry room floor with a lot of rust to go with it. The old man was rude and very disrespectful said I didn't know how to use a washing machine. read more

Needed a replacement washer for mine that quit. Found one I liked, they came out next day to install and haul away my old washer. First time using it, one hose was leaking. They came out next day and installed new hoses, everything fine since then. Will definitely check here first the next time I need a replacement appliance. read more

I went to them asking to buy the coil for my stove but then decided to have them come out to my rental to fix it for my renter. They told me they would be there the next day for $60 service fee and if they fix they would charge for the part and labor. Next day came, they did not show nor had the decency to call me. I waited for 20 minute. And when I called them they said make another appointment for another day. This is SO BS. I hate and hope they go BK. read more

I drove up from Toledo. My Maps route took me by 2 other used appliance stores. Nice was by far the best with the cleanest and widest selection of appliances. Prices were customer friendly and provide real value. EASILY WORTH THE DRIVE! Friendly and helpful staff made loading and strapping down my load easy. Turned out it was too small for our opening, but also had a broken knob and an igniter button that would not pop back up. Also had no wiring harness to connect existing connectors to AC. Called to arrange return. Said it was sold "As is" and was not returnable. He then used an ethnic slur, which I told him was insulting and he hung up. read more

My husband and I were in the market for a used efficiency stove. We have a shoebox for a kitchen and wanted to get rid of our large range to free up some room. We went to several used appliance stores in the area and were not impressed with their selections, customer service, or price. We went to Nice and they had exactly what we needed. They were personable and super helpful. The owner is a little gruff, but I don't think he's mean, I think it's just his personality. They helped us change out the plug to make sure we had the right one, and they loaded it for us. After a few weeks, even thought the stove looked like new, it was clear that the heating element in the oven was a little wonky. We called and told them about a our problem and they swapped out our stove free of charge. The young man who helped us even told us that the oven problem was just a minor adjustment anyways. I am super happy with their service and will go back to them again and again for our used appliance needs. read more

Saying that he wasn't pressed to sell the item and and we didn't even give him a price he gave us a price and he was fine with it. He said he didn't want to deliver the item to our home. And also said that if the item doesn't fit in our doorway he will just leave it on the porch and somebody will just come by and take it off our porch. He wasn't even willing to help us at all. Dave told me at the store when I was purchasing a refrigerator that he would deliver and install it.. and told me he would take my old fridge out to my garage... he gets to my house and decides it's too complicated for him and his guy to accomplish and leaves the fridge in my front room. And my old fridge... he never even attempted to do anything! It was 6 pm and he decided he was done for the day.... Was very rude and i will never spend another dime here. DO NOT go here..!!! Also he never gave me an official warranty paper... let's hope this fridge works better than his shitty service.... if I Can ever get it out of my living room!!! read more

Please save yourself time and money and shop anywhere else. This man was very unprofessional, no receipt upon purchase, and did not deliver on time, nor a working washer machine for that matter. I've called on several occasions and he has been rude and insinuating we are helpless, he doesn't install and said we would have to call someone when we asked for help, and when I've asked for repair to the washing machine he wanted a receipt, which I never got. He did say he would work with us but we may have to pay the service fee for the repair man, that goes to show you he doesn't know how to even fix the appliances he sells! I've had 90 day warranties, installation, and good customer service at other used appliance stores and will go back to them to replace the junk that I bought here. One good thing is he did give us free delivery, but we were literally a couple blocks over, and due their own miscommunication we received it a couple days later than promised. read more

He had a quality washing machine delivered, set up and the old machine removed within the hour. It is a quality machine at a very fair price. I rarely write reviews.
