Once I gave my address I was told I was outside the service range of 20 miles (interesting) and that's their next available appointment was almost two weeks out. Can't speak on the service but disappointed in the lack of customer service. read more

I appreciated Conners when they came out to fix my dryer- they were polite and timely, and my dryer works great. However, I don't recommend them for dishwasher repairs - they don't stock parts and are so short-staffed that they told me that they couldn't make it out for a week. Mixed reviews. We have an older model Whirlpool top-loading washing machine that stopped agitating and needed a new timer. After reading the glowing reviews on Yelp we gave Conner's a call. It went to voicemail. Then we called again and left a message. and again. and again. and again. My first call was on a Thursday and I didn't speak live with anyone until the following Tuesday. At that time the woman answering the phone (Heather) laughed (literally) and said she had received my messages but had written down the wrong phone number. I didn't find it nearly as funny as she did. It also doesn't explain why no one answers the phones to begin with. Terrible first impression. Unfortunately, we were desperate to get our washer fixed and other places in the area were all backed up. From here the service gets infinitely better. Justin came out the same day to service our machine and was a total pro. Quick, efficient and very polite. He fixed the machine in under 2 hours and it's back to running like a champ. Justin saved what would've been a 1-star review. Not sure if we'll be back unless we're in another pinch. read more

I called to have Steve come out to my house to repair my GE Washing Machine that was shaking violently during the spin cycle. Heather was able to get me scheduled during a time that fit my schedule and even gave me an estimate for what the repair would cost. Steve arrived on time and was able to give me a through diagnosis of the problem. Because I had previously given Heather an idea of what my issue was, Steve had the proper parts waiting in his car rather than needing to schedule a second visit like others would do. Steve took the time to triple check that the repair fixed my issues and even let me test the machine with a fresh load of laundry to be sure. Call Conner & Sons Repair right now! Here's why: 1. I called Monday morning and explained how my washer wasn't draining properly. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. 2. I was given an estimate over the phone and after they reviewed the issue a little more they called back letting me know that the original estimate may have been a little off. I was told I may have to spend more depending on the exact issue. 3. Steve was at my home for approximately an hour and a half before he told me the bad news. The washer needed a new motherboard which would cost around $450. Steve was 100% honest and told me I was better off buying a new washer and then even went as far as to give me suggestions and a name and number of someone to call. 4. Even though Steve was here for an hour and a half figuring out the issue, he didn't charge me anything since he wasn't able to fix it. 5. EVEN THOUGH STEVE WAS HERE FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF FIGURING OUT THE ISSUE, HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING SINCE HE WASN'T ABLE TO FIX IT. *Also, before the recent washer issue, Steve came out the day before my wedding last year and was able to fix our dryer in no time for a very reasonable price. I agree with all of the above. Our brand new GE French Door fridge broke; these guys figured out that our dumb selves weren't closing the freezer all the way, and then REFUSED to charge us for de-icing the fan, which literally took over two hours. Highly, highly recommend! read more

Disappointed with the customer service! I called in the morning and left a voicemail regarding my refrigerator that wasn't cooling. Two hours later, Heather called me back and said they don't charge a visit fee and diagnose, but rather give an estimate of the repair cost over the phone, and then schedule the repair visit. She gave me "general" price ranges starting at $150 and up, said she would call their repair men and ask what my estimate would be, and call me back. She also said I could call other companies if I wanted to try to get someone to come out today. FOUR hours later Heather had not called me back. So I left her a voicemail. By now, it was evening. Heather called back and said they thought my refrigerator needed a new compressor and the estimated cost would be around $500-$550, and to call her if I wanted to schedule the repairs. I didn't call Conner & Sons to schedule a repair visit. I called another company, who came out and diagnosed and fixed my refrigerator for under $300. It was NOT the compressor that needed replacing. It seemed like Conner & Sons didn't care whether they helped me or got my business. Their customer service was disappointing. And their "phone estimate" procedure is clearly not the best route. read more

Highly recommend. They came quickly to help with our very sad refrigerator... unfortunately I bought an LG masquerading as a Kenmore, thank you very much, Sears. Aarrgghh. Steve took the mess apart, declared it a mess, and tried to charge me nothing since he couldn't fix it immediately (some obscure part has to be ordered), even though he spent an hour pulling everything apart and getting the ice away from the fan, which is at least giving us back some refrigerator power.
