    Hi there how much is it for a service call for a Samsung front loaded washer? I'm not sure why it won't turn on. Also wanted to know about getting the rubber liner replaced as it has some mold on it from the door and water sitting.

    The absolute worst service I've ever experienced from any company. We have an extended warranty…read morethrough Samsung and a broken dishwasher, and A & E has cancelled on us FOUR times now. The part was delivered to our house but they keep saying the part isn't available. It's been sitting on our kitchen counter for weeks. It's impossible to talk to anyone via phone, the cancellations are done via text with limited options to reschedule. Do not buy Samsung appliances, do not waste your money on their warranty, and do not get repairs done by A & E.

    OMG! Where do I start. My GE dryer was making a clicking noise so I recorded the noise. I've…read morelearned servicemen sometimes ask what it sounds like. Called my warranty company (Assurant Warranty) & they sent out someone from a & e on 06/23/25 which is also Sears. Had a window of 8 am to 5 pm, so my whole day was shot. Guy got here about 3pm. Went right for my washer. He said they put down washer on a stacked unit. Then he sat by the dryer and was turning the barrel. I said it was the dial and I had audio. This guy was very rude and practically yelled at me that he had to check the whole thing. Didn't want to hear the audio I recorded. I actually tried to ignore him so he could hurry & leave. He got a little nicer after a bit, but I hate rude. He said he had to order a part & reschedule installation for 06/30/25. I received the part the next day. Got an email from a&e saying since the part won't arrive til after 06/30/25 they rescheduled for 07/07/25. Never even called to confirm if I would be available on that day. I called Assurant warranty to let them know and told me I had to call a&e myself. The computer transfers but no one answers. Called Assurant back and Jerry called a&e to confirm 06/30/3/25 appt I actually received confirmation from a&e on my phone. So I'm waiting all day, yet again for service (8-5) time line and at 4:00 I start calling. First a&e computer is confirming 07/07/25 appt. So I call Assurant at least 5-6 times as well as a&e and finally was told 06/30/25 was confirmed. The last person guaranteed it. Ok, so 4:50pm comes around and I call a&e back. But this time I outsmart their computer and got actual person who confirmed my appointment is for 07/07/25. Now I'm really p.o.'d. So now I have to wait for a third day, from 8-5 again to see if someone will even be out to fix it. I really have to think about extending my warranty with Assurant. One girl asked if I could hold for two minutes and I hung up after 20 minutes.
