As I was putting my iced coffee together, I was asked if I would like my coffee wrapped with suran wrap so it will stay together and not spill during the travel. I was not expecting it and was touched that the worker cared enough to help me out so that I can enjoy my drink with minimal spillage. What a nice way to make someone's day! Louisiana joes looks like a small sandwich shop from the outside but inside it is a flavor factory. The staff was so warm and welcoming and were so helpful. We tried the pork sandwich, jambalaya and the Mac and cheese. There are so many great menu options, it was hard to choose. The jambalaya features shrimp, chicken and sausage. So flavorful and the portion size was excellent for the price. The pork sandwich was delicious - pork was super tender. But the star of the show - the Mac and cheese. We are Mac and cheese lovers and try it everywhere. Well congrats, Louisiana joes. You've officially taken the top spot for cheesy deliciousness. I just regret that we didn't add a protein.
