Needless to say, we needed it replaced quickly, professionally, and with as little disruption as possible because the customer was understandably not happy. Eddie came through completely. Then we had our own glass disaster at home. A bird flew into one of our high-end, double-pane French doors and shattered the glass. The manufacturer told us the glass couldn't be replaced and that we would need to replace the entire door. Thankfully, my husband called Eddie. Eddie and his team were able to replace the glass beautifully and literally saved us thousands and thousands of dollars. Finding him has been an absolute godsend. Beyond the quality of the work, Eddie is professional, communicative, shows up when he says he will, and delivers exactly what he promises. What more can you ask for? Marco and his team came out on 3/18/2026 and installed the door and window they did an excellent job.
