Wow! I had a screen door that had come off the track system and was sticky to the point that it was always a struggle to get open. Izya and Mike were able to come over the day of and fix the issue immediately good as new! Other contractors were telling me I had to replace the entire door. They not only fixed the screen door, but adjusted the glass door for me as well. They did it so fast and were extremely knowledgeable and professional that I asked them to add on fixing a window to the price that had problems sliding open and closed for me. They gave me a fair price overall and the total ended up still being under what other contractors were trying to charge me for just the screen door! We hired Izya and his nephew, and while it took a few times to coordinate our schedules, eventually they came. We had 4 doors to repair, a problem of having an older house, as the frames shift, or the doors aren't stored up properly. Izya fixed them all, including a spectacular job on our front door which was exceptionally difficult. The price was ideal and they were very efficient in their work. The doors all work effortlessly. They were even thoughtful enough to fix the problem behind the door jamming, not just the door itself. Having foresight like that is great! Very polite as well. WOW!! These guys did a great job! My mother had a stroke and we needed to replaced her bathtub with a walk-in tub. They ripped out everything in her bathroom then cut a hole in the wall to get the walk-in tub inside the bathroom. They had to cut drywall, 2x4s, water pipes, electrical, vent pipe and water drain pipe in side the wall to create an opening large enough to slide the tub through. They installed all new vinyl flooring which came looking excellent! They hooked up and rerouted all of the plumbing, electrical, etc. Then covered the hole with drywall, patched it up, and painted it... you can't even tell there was a hole in the wall on both sides. It's amazing!! Once the walk-in tub was inside the bathroom they did all of the hookups for the walk-in. The drain and water supply is on the left side but the vanity would be in the way of the entrance so we got a walk-in for a right side hookup. Meaning they had to plumb everything on the right to hook it all up to the left side. It was no problem for them at all. I think these guys can do almost anything when it comes to construction. Then they installed a new toilet with bidet and a new vanity with sink and faucet. After the bathroom was finished there was a bedroom ceiling that needed repair due to a prior leaky roof. I'll add photos of the old ceiling and afterwards. That ceiling looks the best I've ever seen it look. They did a top notch job... unbelievable!! Overall they did very professional, high-quality job. My mother is extremely happy with everything and this should help her recover from her stroke. I'll post photos of before & after of the full bathroom and the bedroom ceiling.
