Unfortunately, we were rear-ended by a drunk driver on Christmas. NFS towing came out to remove our total vehicle. While this process is never ideal, the tow yard made it relatively easy to check in and gain access to our vehicle in order to remove our personal belongings. One thing to note: in Google maps, it shows the tow yard address where there is a mechanic service center. But the tow yard is actually behind the service center. You need to drive between the service center and the gas station and head all the way to the back alley. This leads you to the smaller Road where you can parallel park at and access the tow yard door that way. Once you check in, no one's really there to help you find your vehicle, though, so be prepared to look through the full yard until you find it. It was pretty hidden and tucked away, which is good for anti-theft purposes. However, I didn't really see anyone in the yard itself, so I would imagine it would be relatively easy for someone to walk off the street and access these vehicles and the items within. read more

This place is a scam. They towed my spare car on a Thursday and didn't give me notice until on a Saturday. Of course no one answering the phone over the weekend could help and made me wait till Monday. The female answering the phone is extremely unprofessional, rude, and lacks empathy. On the phone calls it sounded like a manager. It was in the background, making her do his dirty work. The company will not work with you and works to only tow the cars that they think are worth money. These cars were on the same block as my car which is in good shape and they left these cars full of junk claiming that someone complained. I called in for a private tow to be done to the auto shop. the lady on the phone, her name was Cierra I believe, was kind and efficient with my request. I came to NFS towing in Federal ,Way at 4:45 pm on 07/07/2025. I was yelled at by a tow truck driver in saying you cant read? I replied no I cant see real good with the sun in my eyes. Then he approached me and said I cant help it if you cant see and the window is over there! I then asked him why he was being so Rude? He then said I cant help it cause you cant see and the window is over there. He is a tow truck driver and very rude and this is unacceptable this employee has horrible customer service and he is bad for business. If I could give this zero stars I would. We ran in the ditch and the neighbor called the cops and the cops called the NFS towing to pull us out and they charged us for $574 just to pull us out when the car was not scratched and was drivable. We didn't have the money to pay that much and wouldn't take the $143 we had in cash and let us drive off. They took it to their yard over night. Way too much just to pull us out that literally took two minutes. It is run by teenagers. Such a SCAM! NEVER EVER get towed by them they charge you way over and rude as heck. Today my Suburban broke down at 4:00 p.m in the middle of traffic. Alex happened to be driving by could see I was in distress. He calmed me down, walked me thru was he was going to be doing with my vehicle. Towed me to a safe space. Alex even came to where our car was waiting for the dealership to tow it once he was off his shift to check on our situation. 5 hours later we are still waiting for that dealership tow. My car was towed from the site of a collision in Auburn to Federal Way NFS Towing. The bill was $685 for the tow and three days storage. When I showed up to retrieve the vehicle the "manager" towed my car out of the impound lot to the very end of the street. That forced me to position my truck in the intersection in order to load the car onto the trailer, which was a dangerous situation. The road at that location was uneven which made loading the car more difficult. There was about 250 feet of wide space on the side of the road where he could've dropped it safely and more easily. He apparently was mad that I wanted to keep the wrecked car, my guess was that I was "cheating" him out of it's salvage value at auction. Whatever the reason, he had an attitude. I would suggest that given an option use a different service. The Auburn police called this outfit, not me. read more

They towed my vehicle on a Thursday, but didn't notify local law enforcement as required by law. I reported the vehicle stolen and found out the following Monday it was towed by NFS. I paid over $600 to get it out of impound. 6 months after I got the truck back, NFS filed a report of sale with the DOL. Total fraud.
