When I asked about it, they said it would be "rude to mention the late fee prior to service," which made no sense. Despite my long history as a customer, they refused to waive the fee, and I was threatened with criminal charges for refusing this undisclosed charge. This was extremely unprofessional and egregious. Fast forward to nine weeks after order and no badge. Calls placed today to Cuda were not answered on my cell phone, so I called from my work phone moments later and they picked up. The games, the lies, the incompetence is too much. You can tell the company forgets to order the clothing you paid for (happened with pants order), and can't even order a badge.
