Now of course I could have just left and not purchased the vehicle, however I decided that all things considered it was still a good deal so I want ahead and signed the paperwork. Well part of the deal Was a full warranty for 60 days. Well when I attempted to use said warranty I was told it was declined, but no paperwork or official notification from insurance/warranty company. Finally, they spelled my name wrong on the registration paperwork. So now I have to deal with the dmv to get it changed. All in all not great

There were several loose ends left unresolved by the sales team, which the financing dept. ultimately had to fix. The only reason we moved forward with the purchase was because the numbers met our expectations. Service: I purchased my vehicle in March of this year and have already been to the service department 3 times. Overall, the department lacks professionalism, communication, and a sense of customer priority. The service manager, Ron, made efforts to maintain professionalism, though this was evident only when dealing with him directly. Within a two week span, I brought my car in twice for concerns on the alignment. The first visit was average at best and the alignment did need to be fixed. However, we felt the alignment was off to the opposite direction the same day we received it back. The second visit, however, was unacceptable. The service advisor, Amado, was unwelcoming and displayed a passive-aggressive attitude toward my husband throughout the interaction. You would expect a higher level of professionalism, especially from the sole service advisor at the location. When returning a loaner vehicle (after only a half day), we were told, by the advisor, that we would be charged for a small dent. We did not cause this dent. This then became a "he said, she said" situation, despite the dealership recording vehicle condition on an iPad before releasing it. From what I observed, these inspections are not done thoroughly or consistently. If the dealership intends to rely on recorded inspections, they should ensure they are completed under consistent lighting, and with sufficient detail to protect both the business and the customer. Seems that the charge was only waived after Ron, the service manager, acknowledged our dissatisfaction with the experience.

At the time of purchase, we opted in and purchased the Tire Warranty, which included road hazard, tire replacement, etc. We experienced a low tire pressure warning, filled out up with air and later that evening tire pressure dropped from 32 to 28 triggering another tire pressure alert. Next morning it was down to 22 psi... Brought it in to the Service Department. They took the vehicle in and after a small wait (about 15 minutes) told us that they refilled it up and didn't see any puncture/ nail and that if it went down again to bring it back in and that they would have to replace the tire. We explained that we had already tried to fill it up and that it went down again and that we would like it replaced (really!?? A professional tire shop would have found the leak and plugged it if they could - but no you want to replace the whole tire)... Anyways the Service Advisor said to give him a few minutes so he start the paperwork - then proceeded to tell us that they didn't have the the in stock and would have to order it. Wouldn't be in until the next day so we would have to bring it back. Then proceeded to tell us the price of the tire. I asked "what about the tire warranty we purchased? " He asked if I had proof because he said he didn't see anything on his end. I replied. Yes, it's in the car. He kept typing and talking in the phone and then told us that we would have to leave the vehicle until the next day because "you purchased a warranty that requires that the vehicle stays until repaired" - so suddenly, he found the warranty. Smh. So instead of letting us just go home and come back the next day, we're without a vehicle because they don't stock a tire for one of the most popular models(Kia Sportage Hybrid)... I guess we should have just declined the coverage and stayed with our local Tire Shop (Just Tires) since we've used them for close 20 years... very disappointing and would definitely NOT recommend a tour warranty purchase from this dealer... And on an additional side note, the oil change contract that we purchased stated "every 3,000 miles per 4 times per year", but the Service Advisor (on our last visit) stated that it was only 2x per year and capped at 10 visits total, which is definitely not what the contract states - I showed him the contract and he stated that I read it correctly and that I needed to talk to Finance. Left a message with another associate and she told me she would ask Saul to review it and correct it. After a week, still no contact or update...
