Friend got screwed. Don't ever go here seriously. They sold him a bad truck and haven't even registered it yet and it's been a year.

This place is the actual worst! I was helping my friend with the purchase of a vehicle and asked…read morethem to list me(the buyer) as the lienholder and my friend as the registered owner of the car until she could pay me back. They struggled over this for quite some time and still ended up screwing it up. Not only did they mix up the registration and lienholder information, but they also listed the address incorrectly. So plates, registration, and title were sent back to this dealership. After all the paperwork we had filled out, you would think they'd attempt to call the phone numbers we had given, but nope... the plates just sat around until I stopped by looking for them. Then, I got home to find out all of the registration info is incorrect. Called them twice. Was hung up on twice and told that I insulted THEM and that I would have to figure out how to fix it myself. Buyer beware.... this place suckssssssss

Everything seemed fine the first day but when we returned the next day cash ready we learned that they aren't trustworthy and we're just wasting our time.

I was pleased with the purchased, went home with the vehicle i purchased my daughter and all was well until about 1 month later. I received a call from the dealership owner on a friday afternoon from the dealership stating that if i don't submit payment in full by monday that he was going to repossess the vehicle and submit a negative transaction to the credit bureau. Turns out he and my credit union were not communicating properly or seeing eye to eye. So i called my credit union and started pressing them as well until finally everything was handled and released the following week. I did NOT appreciate the sellers tone one bit or his threats of ruining my credit and repo the car! If Joseph was having issues with my credit union all he had to do was contact me sooner and i would have gladly intervened, and i did and all was resolved. I wouldn't have had to put up with the bullshit stress of Joseph's threats while i'm rigging 40 feet in the air, making sure i don't drop anything that might kill someone. Just because of this i would not recommend this dealership.

I'm writing this to share my experience and hopefully help others be cautious…read more My family purchased a 2013 Dodge Challenger from Riverside Auto Market, and within just 7 days, the car started having serious issues. When we reached out, they refused to tow the vehicle for repairs, so we had to pay out of pocket to get it transported back ourselves and even then, we had to insist they take the car off the trailer. They kept the car for nearly 2 months and told us the issue was fixed. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The main problem was never properly repaired, and it appeared that the check engine light had been painted over rather than addressed. On top of that, the car came back with over $7,000 in repair-related issues. Car issues so severe they could have been life threatening. Crazy. This has been an incredibly frustrating and costly experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here TO LEAVE or if willing to take the risk to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and have any vehicle independently inspected before purchasing. REPORT TO THE DMV if had a similar experience.

I drove about an hour away as i was interested in a specific car they had listed. Do yourself a favor and call to check if they have the car before making a long drive. Although, there are a few improvements that could've been made to make the experience a lot smoother, I understand this is a small/growing business and Luis and his associates put me together and had me on my way home in the car I wanted in a friendly and respectable manner. DO YOUR RESEARCH on the car you are buying. Know what you're getting yourself into. In my case, I knew the car I was looking at was known to be reliable and I took it to my mechanic after purchasing as a safety net just to double check. As expected, the car is in great mechanical condition. Would recommend CarZone to anyone looking for a used car!

When I got there, the hood was up and the vehicle was running. I wanted to cold start the car, but was unable to. I drove it to get a pre purchase inspection. At the mechanic shop, when i tried to start the car, it wouldn't run. Had to call and ask for a ride back, wasted 45 minutes of my time. Turns out the battery was dead. Moises was probably jump starting the truck before I got there. Now, a dead battery isn't a big deal, but doing all that extra stuff just to sell a car is BS. Also, knowingly placing a customer in a situation where a car is malfunctioning is dangerous.
