My husband and I walked in to the show room looking for some replacement parts for our shower and were completely ignored by the staff. Finally we went up to one of the employees and were treated as if we were a total inconvenience and annoyance to him. He was rude and brash and incredibly unhelpful. We will never return here to do business. Little did they know we are planning an entire bathroom renovation and we are happy to take our business elsewhere. Ridiculous! read more

Be careful. I was lulled in by the beautiful showroom and what I believed were reasonable prices on better than Home Depot merchandise. Melissa was very personable and my contractor prefers this vendor but... On the day on my install, we discovered they delivered the wrong faucet. When it was pulled from their warehouse, they grabbed item 225 instead of 255 and no one noticed. Then when they plumber installed my new disposal, they asked for the power cord. I said "it's not in the box". They laughed and said "no, you buy it separately." Again, Next did not mention I needed the power cord. This is not a routine purchase so how does the consumer know? Meanwhile, plumbers are in my kitchen and I have to drive 17 miles... like a maniac. Very poor for an inexperienced plumbing consumer. read more

This is the second time I have bought my shower system from Next Plumbing Supply and I absolutely love their service. It was more that 4 years that I remodeled my upstairs bathroom and Melissa remembered me. She is so personable and goes out of her way to make sure you get what you need. The prices are more than reasonable for the high end products you are buying. Before I knew about this place over 10 years ago I bought fixtures for my master bathroom from Lowes and a part broke. I explained to her what it was she said send me a picture and had her distributor send me the part at no cost. I will never go anywhere else to buy my fixtures. Soon I will be remodeling my kitchen and I am looking forward to buying my fixtures from Next Plumbing Supply. I highly recommend them! I promise you won't regret it. read more

My contractor sent me to Next and told me to specifically ask for Melissa. I did even though there were plenty of others to handle my needs. I forgot what I was supposed to buy but Melissa understood exactly what I wanted and then told me if my contractor didn't agree I could return it. Well, it was what the contractor wanted but I was shocked that if there was an issue I could return it. No offense to the other workers, but ask for Melissa. read more

My husband went there to QUICKLY purchase a shower system for our bathroom because the plumber just told us he is coming tomorrow. He gets there 10 min before 5 pm which is when they close and the lady that works there told him "sorry I can't do this with you now". What a waste of time and gas. Have recently purchased fixtures for three bathrooms from Next, Recently has a warranty problem with TOTO toilet. Next replaced and reinstalled the toilet with a new one. I found Melissa pleasant to work with, very helpful with large selection of fixtures. pricing was very competitive. Would highly recommend Next. read more

Avoid going to Next Plumbing Supply in Deerfield Beach if you're a consumer or interior designer. On May 31, 2017 I brought my client to the showroom to shop for 2 bathroom faucets, tub filler and bathroom accessories. This was my first time there with a client and it was closest to her home in Boynton Beach. We were not greeted or acknowledged. After my client made here selections, I approached one of female sale person who was on the phone and said to us she was in the middle of something and would "try to convince one of her coworkers to assist us" which in mind my was a very odd thing to say. Why would you need to CONVINCE your coworker to help us? She continued to complain about not being able to leave her desk because she has to answer the phone, clearly this was not a professional person with good tact, quite the opposite. While we waited for the other male sales associate to assist us, another customer entered the showroom and walked right up to the woman's desk and proceed to sit in front of the sales person. After the sales person hung up the phone she walked over to the customer, hugged her and proceeded to help this customer who came there 20 minutes after us. Obviously she knew this customer well but, where is the professionalism and respect for my client and I who were waiting patiently to place an order. As a very successful interior designer and former owner of a furniture showroom, I understand the importance of having good business relationships in our industry. and demonstrating politeness and professionalism. After waiting at NEXT Plumbing for more than 20 minutes without any assistance, I suggested to my client that we take her business to another showroom and she agreed. We took photos in Next showroom of all the items my client selected we took our business to a plumbing store in Pompano Beach where my client purchased over $4,000 for faucets, tub filler plus other accessories for her master bathroom. Next Plumbing in Deerfield Beach should not be open to the public. If there sales associates want to just take orders over the phone then close your doors now! I will never take another client to Next Plumbing in Deerfield Beach after this experience. read more
