After that job, my tenants had continuous leaks throughout the next week and I called 3x to have techs come out to the house to look at the issue. I asked customer support over the phone to please send a well seasoned plumber tech for the 4th time calling about the same issue. I was scheduled with Rich whom is a service manager and has been in the biz for 20+yrs. he called me and explained the issue and suggested an additional piece to put with the new toilet since I have cast iron pipes and over time they get worn and damaged where the toilet connects. he didn't have the part with him but coordinated a time that worked with my tenant and he came back the next day to resolve the issue. so far, things have been going smooth and no leaks.
