Not recommended. I should have searched and read the reviews beforehand. The salesman over promised…read moreand supposedly under priced all the work we had discussed in detail several times. It was an expensive project, which we agreed on and signed the contract. After the contract was signed, the necessary tasks conveniently increased in price with the salesman saying he forgot to add certain parts of the project and more materials were needed than he anticipated. Just a bunch of lies, excuses and overselling. The company actually subcontracts to other contractors, which I did not like. I thought all the workers would be working for Allied, so the work and communication could be seamless. Instead, it was chaotic and unorganized at times. The promised date the project would be fully completed by kept getting delayed and pushed back. The crews did clean up afterwards but not well. There were a lot of nails found all over my property. It was very stressful because I had to take off work an additional several weeks beyond the mutually determined project completion date. I also had to closely monitor to make sure the work was done well, which I had to point out many mistakes along the way. The company did not take any responsibility for increasing the prices along the way or for the big time delay in completing our home project. Their indifference shows that they only care about money and not about customer service and satisfaction.

However, their team who did the painting had several issues: they were about to leave without painting the gutters. They got paint on the brick. They got paint on the driveway. I was to get all leftover paint and they were not leaving at my home. I had to ask for the leftover paint. I had to get a supervisor, who fortunately showed up about 30 minutes before they tried to leave, have them correct the issues-all except paint on brick which I CANNOT GET OFF. They also handed me a sheet to complete about the job as they were leaving and said I had to fill out and give back to them before they left. The sheet stated that they were to give me this sheet on day one, not on day seven. Allied Siding sign was not put in my yard till day six and they should have put out in day one. I called the office in Tomball to report all issues. Melissa listened and was glad I called. She felt the manager should also speak to me-he called and did not seem interested at all as to what I had to say.

They promptly scheduled me within 2 days and walked me through the possible causes of the leaks and also recommended a full roof tuneup. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work was top notch. I had to have them come out a couple more times for one spot on our roof that kept leaking in our attic and they came out to fix it with no questions asked and no additional cost. They stand by their work and word. I worked with Josh Dill for the inspection and follow up fixes and he was excellent. Responded promptly and was very nice. I could not recommend them enough. I will be using them for any future roof work I will potentially need done.

My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the work and felt the price was very reasonable...We strongly recommend Onit Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs done right.

Daniel Sierra seemed amazing at first. Super knowledgeable. After completion, water was flowing…read moreinto our bathroom from our shower due to cracks in the grout/caulk (not sure which one was originally used) and one of the water in the shower was flowing to the drain because it was never angled towards the drain. Had him come out and fix it and the tile guy created a hill in our shower that was hideous to get the water to drain and attempted to fix the cracked grout/caulk. Water still poured into our bathroom floor. Had him come out and fix it. This time, the water drained because he re-did the floor and he sealed the grout/caulk with a plastic piece. Stayed good for two weeks. Now, water is flowing out of the grout in our shower and into the drain. We noticed the grout never drying in a few spots and yellow stuff forming on the grout. We dried the grout completely and within a minute, the grout was glistening with moisture; within 45 minutes, water was flowing into our drain from the grout. Which means, there is a leak behind the wall which is causing water to leak through the floor. Also, the separator from our shower floor and bathroom floor is cracking again, causing water to flow into our bathroom. His business card says he's fully insured. My husband and I have called, texted, and left voicemails. All are ignored. He responded once yesterday after ignoring for two days saying he was looking for someone else to do it since we didn't want his tile guy back in our house. The same tile guy that also poured grout down our toilet and ruined it, poured wet grout into our backyard that our grass is still dead from, and left their trash in our bedroom. He has now blocked us from communicating with him and we are left with thousands of dollars of damages. He won't refund us and won't give us his insurance information to file a claim.

He told me he would come back out to fix the work that he did, and is ignoring every email, phone call, and text message. He probably blocked the number. I'm also a single mom, no regard for hardworking single moms. I paid him during the pandemic with no issue. But he has issues. He's very unprofessional. I do not believe that the fence he installed was new, another lie he told. I do not trust anything he says. And I do not recommend him for any work.

I live in the Minneapolis, MN area and told them I had already had my roof done and that I was not interested in it. The salesperson persisted and would not listen to me. Once I confirmed the company name, he said "yes, that's right", then I let him know I was on the do not call list and not interested. He got even more disrespectful and tried to act like I was the unreasonable one. While it is possible that this company is not directly the manager of this salesperson (they may have outsourced it) they do need to better vet their salespeople even if it isn't their own employee regardless. I even went to report the phone number to the FTC and get this, the phone number isn't even registered! That sales guy is using an unregistered phone number... I really EOT sees this and takes this more seriously. I am getting like 12 calls a week still after my roof was done last Fall from an August 11th storm. Again, I am on the Do Not Call list and try to tell every sales person I am not interested right away. They need to train their people better and better vet their people or how they get appointments.
