After the project was completed they have been very helpful on follow up items and provided me all the paperwork for my warranty as well as managing the permit with the city that was opened. HHH handled the HOA paperwork and we scheduled the work once approval was received from the HOA in writing. We had scheduled a Saturday, but it looked like rain was on the way, so we rescheduled for the following Saturday. As they did the work, they texted me aerial photos and status. When they finished, they sent final pictures. The work was completed in one long workday. (About 10-12 hours.) The invoice was prompt and allowed me to pay online through my bank account. (Although you can pay by credit card for a small percentage of the total.) The roof looks terrific. HHH also provided the manufacturer warranty via email. Once I confirmed the company name, he said "yes, that's right", then I let him know I was on the do not call list and not interested. He got even more disrespectful and tried to act like I was the unreasonable one. While it is possible that this company is not directly the manager of this salesperson (they may have outsourced it) they do need to better vet their salespeople even if it isn't their own employee regardless. I even went to report the phone number to the FTC and get this, the phone number isn't even registered! That sales guy is using an unregistered phone number... I really EOT sees this and takes this more seriously. I am getting like 12 calls a week still after my roof was done last Fall from an August 11th storm. Again, I am on the Do Not Call list and try to tell every sales person I am not interested right away. They need to train their people better and better vet their people or how they get appointments.

On October 8th, while waiting for the roof to be replaced, I asked if he knew of a good company that could assist with minor remediation work. Ralph said they handle a lot of repair/mitigation work and would be happy to help us with that portion as well. I was thrilled. We approved his estimate on October 16th, and this minor remediation job is STILL not complete. What should have taken 1-2 weeks at the most, I am here writing this 5 months later. I can't believe I let this go on as long as I have, and I'm embarrassed to admit it, but he kept assuring me it would be wrapped up soon. I was told THREE times he had passing air sample results from testing he had completed, and each time he claimed to have the report, he never sent it to me. It was either the testing company's fault for the delay in getting it to me, the report was on a laptop in a different city (four hours away), or he was on vacation and about to get on a flight so he couldn't email it, it was ALWAYS something. I finally reached out to a reputable remediation company that said he could complete the remediation work in a couple of days and would have results for me just a few days after that. I have lost a ton of time and money over this minor job because of Ralph Valenciano's dishonesty. Do yourself a favor and do a quick Google search before deciding to go down this road. I wish I did.

They arrived on time and worked all day until the sun went down. They had a little more to do so they came back the next morning, finished up, and cleaned up our yard, and our neighbors on both sides where some debris went. They used that big magnet to get any nails that had fallen. Jay came by in the morning when they started, came back during the day, sent us photos, from the crew, of the progress they were making on the roof. Called us to tell us there were no issues on the old roof, took photos when they were done. All-in-all a great job and we would recommend Jay and company to anyone looking for a great roofing company. On a side note, Texas Roofing & Siding is a turnkey company. We also needed a couple of trees removed. He has another crew that does that. They came out a few days later, cut down 2 trees, ground the stumps, trimmed a couple of other trees, and cleaned up the yard when they were done.
