So I have the Platinum Membership from Mister Carwash. That means for a monthly fee, I receive…read moreUNLIMITED interior cleaning and exterior cleaning. That includes vacuuming, removal of trash, wiping down doors and dash boards with cleaner, fragrance, full wash, hand dry, windows dry, and tire shine. And as y'all have seen by my check ins, I legit go get my car done 3x per week. Now THIS location is rather new. But it's an "express" location. So what that means is, they don't have full service staff here. With my membership I can still get the exterior cleaned, but they have no one there to hand dry it. They have free vacuums, but you have to do it yourself. I come here now and then if I just need the outside done, but I try not too. Because I pay for the full interior, so frequenting the express locations that don't offer interior, is wasting money. But, too each their own. Whether it's an express, or the full service, regardless you'll never catch me riding dirty - literally

Okay. Picture this. It's a cool, brisk pre-dawn morning. You're getting ready to warm up your car…read morebefore taking that long, treacherous commute to work when suddenly.. *GASP* ...there it is. On your driver side passenger door. Staring you in the face like a horrific crime scene....is a grotesque, hideous splotch of bird shit just above the door handle. You need to get this monstrosity washed off your car ASAP! But it's like...6 in the AM. The carwash opens at 8. But you can't get there until 11. Whaddaya doooo?? Do you...drive 15 miles back to your usual hotspot for automobile washing and lathering? Heck no! You come to the place closest to your job and amidst the center of what is arguably the "main" part of El Paso, of course! You come....to Mister Car Wash just off Montana. Quick, succinct, easy to get to, and efficient. That's what this place is. It's also gonna be my go-to spot whenever I'm at work and am in desperate need to wash the ol' Bimmer and it can't wait till after hours. Only minor set back this one has from my hotspot on N Zaragoza is this one has way less vacuums. I'd say like...half, maybe? The good news is they're easier to get to. As in, you don't even need to go through the actual carwash to access them. Pretty generous of them, if you ask me. Anyway, not much else to say about this one. You've seen 'em one, you've seen 'em most. Montana's Mister Car Wash gets 5 sparkly Bimmers free of bird excrement out of 5.

I'd given it only one star, but I did get my car washed--it's just not a fully functioning…read moreautomatic car wash IMHO. My explanation as follows: At least two functions are not properly operating on this brushless automatic car wash, namely triple foam wax and spot-free rinse. It's obvious that this automatic car wash has seen a better day. It probably has even lived beyond its life expectancy, and needing to be replaced very badly. I noticed the next bay over has been closed for quite some time, but a new unit is being installed. I can hardly wait for that to happen. Then, perhaps they can replace this one too instead of keep on using it with less than optimal condition. I don't think they should cheat customers any longer. You might ask why I keep on using it if it weren't functioning correctly?? Well, it's simply because this is the only car wash on Ft. Bliss. The triple foam wax is way off, and it starts well ahead of the front of the car, and it misses the back half of your car completely. Spotless rinse only trickles and doesn't cover the vehicle at all. I didn't see a phone number listed to file a complaint. Bummer!? I hope we'll get the new unit in operation very soon.

I mean, it is what it is. A self service car wash. They have a few stalls for self wash and 2 large…read morestalls for automatic wash. So some real quick pros and cons PROS: *Touchless wash. For those worried about scratches and whatever people assume happens at the brush style washes. *Touchless wash is fairly cheep at $10 for the max everything super kinda wash. All other options are under $10. *Touchless wash cleans your car pretty good. Worth going back. *Plenty of vacuum stations, and covered in case of poor or hot weather. *4 change machines that accept up to $20 I believe. *Small towels and small Armor All wipes available for purchase in case you forget yours. *Self serve stalls have lots of options for the sprayer (soaps, rinses, waxes, tire cleaners etc.) and the initial payment gives you decent amount of time. Also a power sprayer and foaming brush. Even have the Tri-Color foam in self serve stalls. *Automatic wash takes bills and credit cards. *Self serve stalls take bills and coins. CONS: *While the initial time limit on self serve stall is nice, when adding additional quarters, better move quick... You won't get long. *The automatic wash has a high speed dryer. Well, I don't know if it's the wind speed, the angles, or the lighting fast time limit... But while it'll get the bulk, you WILL need a towel to dry your car off after the wash, unless of course you just don't care. But if you don't hand dry, you will see water spots on whatever the air dryer didn't get. *Only 2 automatic stalls. Which can get pretty busy on an instillation this size. Especially after pay day + weekend + good weather. But hey, the 8 billion Dodge Chargers with 20"s on base ain't gonna wash themselves. Nor will the 7 billion Challengers and 6 billion Camaros... *Not that many self serve stalls. So again, it can get pretty crowded at times. Again it's not the worst car wash. It does what it's supposed to do. And relatively cheap. I'll continue to use it. Until I find out if that one in the tent down Cassidy road is any good....
