And as y'all have seen by my check ins, I legit go get my car done 3x per week. Now THIS location is rather new. But it's an "express" location. So what that means is, they don't have full service staff here. With my membership I can still get the exterior cleaned, but they have no one there to hand dry it. They have free vacuums, but you have to do it yourself. I come here now and then if I just need the outside done, but I try not too. Because I pay for the full interior, so frequenting the express locations that don't offer interior, is wasting money. But, too each their own. Quick, succinct, easy to get to, and efficient. That's what this place is. It's also gonna be my go-to spot whenever I'm at work and am in desperate need to wash the ol' Bimmer and it can't wait till after hours. Only minor set back this one has from my hotspot on N Zaragoza is this one has way less vacuums. I'd say like...half, maybe? The good news is they're easier to get to. As in, you don't even need to go through the actual carwash to access them. Pretty generous of them, if you ask me. Anyway, not much else to say about this one. I discovered this neon yellow foam sprayed and STUCK all down the passenger and underneath sides of my car. I tried a drive-thru car wash. Then I scrubbed one panel for over an hour and a half. Finally, I took my car to RSJ and they were able to get my car clean.* They were so kind. They gave me a fair quote. They did a wonderful job in a short amount of time. I will use them again and recommend you do as well! *They need to use a clay bar to remove the small amount of residue from the foam. Unfortunately, they were out. But, they plan to call me when it is in stock to finish that process. Even with the small residue, my car is so much better. I'm very pleased.

To be more accurate, one of the two automatic car wash bays got recently updated/refurbished. We're waiting for the other bay to be completed hopefully soon. It has improved much compared to what it was with the old one. With these improvements, the price has also gone up. We used to be able to have a basic wash for $6, but now it's $8.00. I suppose you have to make up for the new equipment, but increase of $2 per wash at basic and more as you increase your service level may be a little too much?? It does much better job, so I'm not going to complain it too much here. What it used to be for $6, $7, $8, $10 are now $8, $10, $12 and $16. I'll leave my previous two-star review below for a sake of comparison (I previously reviewed it in July 2019): I'd given it only one star, but I did get my car washed--it's just not a fully functioning automatic car wash IMHO. My explanation as follows: At least two functions are not properly operating on this brush-less automatic car wash, namely triple foam wax and spot-free rinse. It's obvious that this automatic car wash has seen a better day. It probably has even lived beyond its life expectancy, and needing to be replaced very badly. I noticed the next bay over has been closed for quite some time, but a new unit is being installed. I can hardly wait for that to happen. Then, perhaps they can replace this one too instead of keep on using it with less than optimal condition. I don't think they should cheat customers any longer. You might ask why I keep on using it if it weren't functioning correctly?? Well, it's simply because this is the only car wash on Ft. Bliss. The triple foam wax is way off, and it starts well ahead of the front of the car, and it misses the back half of your car completely. Spotless rinse only trickles and doesn't cover the vehicle at all. I didn't see a phone number listed to file a complaint. Bummer!? I hope we'll get the new unit in operation very soon.
