And as y'all have seen by my check ins, I legit go get my car done 3x per week. Now THIS location is rather new. But it's an "express" location. So what that means is, they don't have full service staff here. With my membership I can still get the exterior cleaned, but they have no one there to hand dry it. They have free vacuums, but you have to do it yourself. I come here now and then if I just need the outside done, but I try not too. Because I pay for the full interior, so frequenting the express locations that don't offer interior, is wasting money. But, too each their own. Whether it's an express, or the full service, regardless you'll never catch me riding dirty - literally

After that, I chose not to return -- and I still don't plan to return until November 27. Today is November 7. So they're keeping my money for services I'm not using, and that were not fully functional to begin with. They may call that policy. I call that a rip-off.

It looks 99.9% like it did when I picked it up from the dealer, except a hell of a lot shinier. Lots of different options to choose from and everyone was very nice. 1-Star Review - Disappointing Experience at Scuds and Suds Car Wash, Fort Bliss…read more I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Scuds and Suds Car Wash on Fort Bliss. I drove all the way from Northeast El Paso because I've always enjoyed washing my vehicle here and feel comfortable using the facilities on base. Unfortunately, this trip was a complete waste of my time, gas, and money. I own a black 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate, and when I pulled into one of the self-service bays to wash my vehicle, the soap option barely worked. There was hardly any pressure, and the soap was barely coming out. After contacting the service personnel, I asked if the touchless car wash was open so I could rinse the soap off my vehicle. I was told it was open, but another vehicle was ahead of me, leaving soap sitting on my black truck in the hot sun while I waited. I appreciate that the staff allowed me to use the touchless wash at no additional charge, but unfortunately, the results were still disappointing. When I pulled out to dry my truck, I noticed soap scum, numerous water spots, and dried soap residue that appeared to have been left behind from previous use of the wash equipment. After all that time and effort, my truck still wasn't clean. I understand that equipment can malfunction, but the equipment should be properly maintained, and customers should receive the service they're paying for. Having to move from one wash to another just to get the soap off my vehicle, only to end up with a truck that still looks dirty, is unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that I specifically make the drive from Northeast El Paso because I like this location and feel safe washing my vehicle on base. I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, after this visit, I honestly don't know if I'll ever come back. Management needs to inspect the self-service bays, fix the soap and pressure issues, and make sure the touchless wash is actually cleaning vehicles properly. I hope management takes this review seriously because customers deserve better than this.
