I borrowed my brother's truck- he's a smoke and I took the truck here to get the smell out.. instead of up charging me to shampoo etc. , the guy said he could do a smoke treatment "bomb" and vacuum it out... Took my car in last minute to have it detailed on Saturday morning after someone cancelled on me. Virgil was seriously amazing. I had my infant with me and had to wait for my husband to finish at swim lessons with my toddler before he could come get me. Virgil helped me carry the car seats inside, offered to make it cooler in the office, and provided great service from the beginning. He looked at my car, gave me a quote, and did a fantastic job. It was about 2-2.5 hours to finish our car. The seats looked great, all pet hair was removed from the inside, and the engine looked phenomenal. The folks there did an outstanding job. They removed the middle seats and carpet. Removed and replaced the carpet padding and detailed the inside. It took about three days but mission accomplished. If I could give it NO STARS, I would. We brought our car here to detail before we sold it. At over $100, we were expecting a thorough job. I have to say, they cleaned the engine and the car floors very well, but they messed up the display screen with their cleaning agent. By "messed up", I mean RUINED. I contacted the manager right away to address the issue. He was apologetic and offered to replace the screen. However, when I tried to reach him again, he was not available and did not answer. Best kept secret of El Paso. Don't bother going to other places that over charge you for a mediocre job. I brought my car after having a friend had a drunken "accident" in my car. My passenger seat got the brunt of my friend's stomach contents, but the rest of my car was actually pretty clean. Now I know trying to go to businesses that deal with bodily contents was not going to be easy. Other places I called wanted to charge me close to $200 to clean my car, despite that I cleaned up most of it, and the rest of my car was pretty clean. Finally, I decided to come here after a friend recommended me to them, and he also mentioned they do all the detailing for the local dealership on their used cars. First, customer service was on point. They did not give me a disgusted face like other businesses when I told them what was in my car. Secondly, he actually looked inside my car, and gave me a reasonable estimate based on how dirty it was. To get my total car detailed, $85! They look at the total car, and make an estimate. He noted that the rest of my car was actually pretty clean, and most of the work was going to be in one area. When I got my car back, you would have never known there was a problem. We had our SUV taken in after years of being the girls team softball taxi. They got out all the red clay stains, blue and red gatorade spills, fine dirt, snack and hand imprints. The reviews seemed to favor this place. This was the first no-detail car detail I've had. It's a fairly simple thing that requires work, attention and time. Every part of this detail was lacking. They promised my car at 1200 noon. I dropped off the car on time. I went to go get the car on my lunch break. Didn't get out until after 2 pm.. Time = $$$. They don't get it or don't care. Already at a debit. The battery was dead because they left the lights on and the door open for god knows how long. That had to jump my car. Pine tar still was all over the car- they removed most of it once I pointed that out. Extra waiting time and I hate doing that. It was so obvious this was a rush job. Oh, they don't take care for water spots )which was new for me)...$140 detail....really? I have never paid more than $100 for a detail and the quality was much, much better. The inside was sort of clean, but a greasy mess, I hate when armor all is slopped on. A true detail also involves cleaning out all the interior compartments. They let that go also. This detail was more like a $20 express wash. Save your money and find someone who will actually detail your car well. So disgusted... read more

They did a superb job on my 10 year old vehicle and it literally looks as clean as the day I bought it. I had been holding off on getting a detail for some time and it definitely showed prior to taking it in. I called a few other places to shop around and even got a consult with another place, but the Platinum Auto Detail representative was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone so I felt compelled to take my vehicle there. One row of seats was extremely dirty with accidental liquid and food spills which had accumulated over time and they decided to completely unbolt and remove the seats to give it a completely thorough cleaning. The air vents were cleaned with blowing air to push out any dust and particles. Any and all food particles were vacuumed and removed. The people working there are very thorough, courteous, respectful and I have absolutely no complaints. I would recommend anyone use their service (and I'm extremely picky about these sorts of things). The price was very reasonable. read more

I would like to start this review by saying this auto detailing shop is amazing. I called on a Friday for an appt on a Monday and they had no problems getting me in. Monday came around and I called to see if I could bring it in earlier than my appt time and they had no problems with me doing that. From my official appt time until I got the call that they were done was about 5 hours, but they cleaned the interior to show room quality, and the exterior to include the wheel wells and the engine compartment. The vehicle looked like the day we bought it, and that is what they promised. The cost was 160 for my 2011 GMC Acadia that was quite dirty on the inside. The outside of the vehicle had not been washed in months as well. This is the second time I took my vehicle there and I am definitely pleased with their service personnel and the workmanship.
