After patiently waiting for 6 hours, I went to the front desk to inquire. At that time, I noticed my car was still parked in the exact same spot as when I arrived. The service rep asked about the status and came back to tell me that it would be done today, within the next 2 - 3 hours but they hadn't started yet. Note closing time is 4 pm, so it would done before closing! Not one single update the whole time there. Unbelievable! Avoid Gateway.

Fast forward to today I get there at 4 PM today and I finally have my tire ready at 5:20. So a total time of three hours and 20 minutes to get one new tire installed. Do you see anything wrong with this picture? I have complained they're super busy all the time I get it, but there are certain jobs that are much easier and faster than others. It just seems that could change their process to help everyone. It's terrible that you should have to wait three hours to get one tire changed. And as everyone knows nowadays, tires are not cheap. I feel like we're getting taken not just in the price of tires, but in the labor factor as well.

There is a little bit of a service fee if you pay with a card, a few bucks less for cash. They have a 30 day warranty with receipt. I will definitely be back and recommend others. As I drove out of the parking lot there was a clear knocking in my wheel area. I returned and was told it was now a bad strut discovered when they checked them. In our recent experience, it could be renamed Dazzling Tire because that is exactly the service we received. Price...spot on! Or, to use another idiom..."on the money" for price and value. Service? Could not have asked for anything better. I set up an appointment to have my tires installed at my home. The crew showed up when scheduled and very courteously installed 4 new, balanced tires. (Didn't even have to pull the car out of the garage.) Quick, efficient, courteous...and...they have followed up with an email reminding me that I can stop by any of their locations (without an appointment) and have my air pressure and wiper blades checked for free. (Can I add another star for that?)
