Was sent liability paperwork and apt which listed the incorrect trial lesson. Called 2x asking about it prior and if we needed to reschedule to the correct lesson and also about the paperwork which kept setting to parent versus minor. Also emailed twice. No response to any of the 4 efforts and when the apt came and went, nothing from the school, teacher, or staff. It's a bummer, it seemed like this could have been a really great option for our family but after 2 vms and 2 emails still no response over a week later.

Since May 2025, I have requested to review the before, during, and after footage so I can better understand my child's triggers. Instead of transparency, I have been met with constant excuses and avoidance. To this day, they claim the cameras are "down," which is extremely concerning. Security is clearly not a priority. It is easy to piggyback into the building, and there is not always staff stationed at the front. Anyone could walk in, which puts children at serious risk. The school requested that my child receive therapy services during school hours. When I informed them I was actively researching options but experiencing delays, they chose to dismiss my child instead. This is against ADA law, especially since I had been in clear, ongoing communication about his diagnosis and provided documentation before he even started. They were fully aware of his needs from the beginning. Staff appear disengaged, and the high teacher turnover rate speaks for itself. Overall, this school lacks accountability, transparency, and basic concern for child safety and students with disabilities.

The first red flag was when I dropped off my child and the teacher didn't request an intake form or emergency contact information , I mean nothing. Which was very concerning. Second red flag was the teacher advised they were no longer offering lunch and snacks. What? But that is what was advertised and actively showing on the website. Third red flag, while so much effort was put in advertising the program that only consisted of my child sitting in a classroom doing arts and crafts. I requested a refund for the remaining week. The principal agreed to refund me. I have called the school 3x and spoke with the principal and there is always an excuse as to why I haven't received the refund. The interactions with the principal and teachers have always been friendly and professional. There were frequent times when the teacher didn't show up, and students were moved between classes due to a lack of supplies. Even more concerning, students were often left unsupervised while instructors stayed in the office on their phones. This is not the level of education or accountability you expect when paying this kind of money. It feels like the school has stopped caring about student success. Don't put yourself into this kind of debt without getting the value you deserve.
